“My second attempt at a private dentist and by far and away the best. The service and care are in my opinion second to none. The advice is always to do what is best for you. After fixing a badly chipped tooth and five crowns, two of which fixed my smile, I couldn't be happier. I used to hate going to the dentist, but not any longer. “We needed an emergency appointment for our son. Booked in for the following day, arrived at 8:30am and had to wait about an hour to be seen due to other pre-arranged appointments which was fine. The dentist saw our son and was very friendly, helpful and reassuring - we had mentioned that our son had two extremely bad experiences with dentists in the past, including one where the pain relief wasn't effective and he felt everything. Obviously this made him particularly nervous, but the dentist at Oakridge really put him at ease. The pain relief was allowed to take proper affect, as the dentist allowed us to wait about 10-15 minutes for it to 'kick-in' and then the tooth that needed to be removed came straight out without any issue. We would certainly highly recommend Oakridge Dental Care, and my son will now be signing up with them to be his regular dentist.”

“I had an implant done by the team at Saving Smiles and they were exceptional. The reception staff are so friendly and accommodating, which is quite unusual these days, particularly at a health centre! Dr Shah is absolutely wonderful, clearly very skilled at what he does, and extremely approachable regarding the process and everything that's happening. His Dental Nurse is also wonderful, asking about my holiday plans and my dog whilst the treatment gets tricky, and always checking if I'm ok. Well worth the money, and don't even dread the dentist now, thanks again to everyone there!”

“I am a relatively new patient here as my previous practice could not perform the procedure, which was a tooth extraction. Well to sa I was nervous and anxious before going to the dentist is an understatement. From the begining Gemini & Mo were amazing, the inital consultation was very clear, they took time to ensure I knew what problems I had and the best approach to address it. The day of the extraction I was super anxious still, however from the moment I entered the treatment room I was met with calm and friendly team. The actual extraction was much quicker and less painful than I had convinced myself. The process was exactly how it was described, with Gemini constantly asking if I needed a break, which I didn't. “I attended the clinic twice for an extraction under sedation, and was extremely anxious about the procedure. At the first appointment I was reassured greatly by a lovely dentist who explained everything to me and put my mind at rest. I was contacted by telephone to ensure I had all the necessary paperwork and was happy to go ahead, and then was called in promptly for the extraction. The team were wonderful. Smiley and welcoming, the anaesthetist talked me through my sedation and I was completely put at ease. I was then escorted to my waiting husband who was informed about my aftercare and reassured that everything went well. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I am always terrified of the dentist and they made my experience so comfortable, many many thanks!”
