“Took the train from London to see Confidence Man at this great venue. Friendly security and bar staff.There's a cloakroom - just ask a member of bar staff and they charge £2 a coat in a locked room. Reasonable drink prices. With an 800 capacity I managed to be at the front just 4ft away from the stage.Much better than any big corporate arena as you're so close to the band,especially when Confidence Man are all about the energy,dance and interacting with the audience. For the first time I got sprayed with champagne as Sugar Bones does at every gig ..lol The security staff inside the club were friendly and approachable. Easy access to the toilets and bar. If the journey there and back wasn't so long - I spent more time on that than seeing the 2 bands( support one were good too) - I'd go more regularly as they put on a big variety of different genres. The sort of local venue thats died out all over the country - lucky Northampton to have a thriving local music venue. Also a great crowd - friendly and of all ages and up for a good time.Very enthusiastic joining on with singing and dancing.”

“I highly recommend this nursery. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the staff here are just wonderful. They’re polite, reassuring, respectful and supportive. My eldest who is now at school still talks about nursery and during half terms is always super excited to come with me to pick her sister up so that she can see everyone again. My youngest also has struggled with transitioning from being with me and going to nursery but thanks to the great bonds the staff have made with her, she is now always happy and excited to come to nursery. Things have also been slightly adapted to accommodate my youngest too; like buying different foods that she will eat and adapting the menu slightly for her, using a separation plate so that foods aren’t touching. Allowing her to bring comfort items with her and supporting the use of her ear defenders as and when she needs them. The manager James is also brilliant. When speaking to him regarding a bereavement, he took it upon himself to there and then order in books for kids related to grief, and allowed me to take them home to read to the children. This, I feel is an example of going above and beyond for the families who attend this setting.”

“We had an awesome time at the Flame and Thunder event. It was so much more than I was expecting, an exciting array of wacky and insane cars on the strip. Loads of extra stuff going on around the strip, monster trucks, drifting, stunt performers. Lots of food vans to pick from. They did well to keep tightly to the schedule and keep things moving despite some patches of rain. Its a great event with loads to see, definitely check it out!”

“I am a relatively new patient here as my previous practice could not perform the procedure, which was a tooth extraction. Well to sa I was nervous and anxious before going to the dentist is an understatement. From the begining Gemini & Mo were amazing, the inital consultation was very clear, they took time to ensure I knew what problems I had and the best approach to address it. The day of the extraction I was super anxious still, however from the moment I entered the treatment room I was met with calm and friendly team. The actual extraction was much quicker and less painful than I had convinced myself. The process was exactly how it was described, with Gemini constantly asking if I needed a break, which I didn't. “Fantastic for a family day out! Want to try paddle boarding, wakeboarding or water skiing, or try your ninja skills on the inflatable obstacle? Maybe watersports aren't your thing, how about Disc Golf, Foot Golf or archery? Bit far to travel? Camp! My only issue is food is a tad pricey for what you get at the lakeside hut, £5 for a processed boiled hotdog with no option for onions or anything is a tad steep, I'd expect a proper sausage for that price, but it is what it is! Still a great destination, and there's some baby ducks this time of year too!”

“One of the best chipshops in Rushden, even northamptonshire. Every time I've gone here (once every two weeks on a Friday), I've had only good food and smiles when walking in. The staff are delightful and always welcome you with a smile. They'll ask if you want anything cooked such as fish or spam fritter (as they're cooked for order so they're very fresh). The chips are soft and fluffy and some days they're crispy and amazing! The portions are massive, even if you go for the small portion. The fish is crispy and soft and you get a large piece of cod, albeit a bit pricey (fish always is!) It's well worth it. The store is following social distancing and Corona virus guidelines, which is a good sign for an understanding and caring establishment. Overall, you're looking at around £3.50 for chips and a sausage or £5 for chips and fish. 5/5”

“I stayed here with work and could not have been happier. The room was large, very clean, and perfect for the evening and an online meeting the following morning. Breakfast was fantastic with several continental self-service and a good range of freshly cooked options too. The English breakfast was lovely with local bacon and sausage and the portion size was just right. The bar staff were brilliant, allowing smooth check-in and finding me a table for dinner even though they were really busy. There is a relaxed but professional approach by all staff. If you need accommodation or just fancy a delicious evening meal, I can highly recommend The Coach House.”
