“Subway at Riverside, Northampton is excellent. I don't eat it myself , I buy regularly for my grandchildren. My grandchildren absolutely love a subway treat. They have the same treat almost weekly! The lady in particular is lovely and very engaging. She remembers what my grandchildren like, how they like their subways and always talks to my grandson about his football, ( its usually my grandson with me ordering.) I think its lovely to be remembered and males me want to return to the store. We go late afternoons and the food loons fresh. My grandchildren love the food and are delighted to get one for the evening and one for the lunch box. The staff at this store are friendly, helpful, kind and engaging. My star ratings are based on my grandchildren love for their experience and mu appreciation of the lovely staff and fresh looking foods.”

“What can you say? It's Boots. Always good value for money. Pros: Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Swift checkout. Clean, well-kept. Always well stocked. Cons: only 2 parent and child spaces in the whole car park (not really Boots' fault, just a heads up, parents). Avoid the pharmacy counter on Tuesday & Thursday evenings - always, busy/long queues (a national shortage of pharmacists will do that, though).”

My husband got there at 5pm the next day to be told oh they've just arrived I will pack them up for you now!! Plus 2 days running before hand I did try ringing several times to check our meds were in. They didn't answer there phone. Normally pretty good.”

I was in unbearable pain as had a sudden crack in my tooth. I'd have paid the money too! Just couldn't wait. I phoned these absolute legends at 8AM. Got a same day appointment at 11:30AM. Tooth extraction was painless. In the car at 1PM. £25.80. That's all. Thank you all so much.”

“Not been for 30 years — used to camp here as teenagers to escape our parents. Booked last-minute with the kids based on location, price, and availability. Wasn’t expecting much, but it’s changed a lot — and for the better. We’d stayed at a Parkdean site in Skegness recently. This was cheaper, the caravan was bigger, and the whole experience felt less pushy — no upselling the second we arrived. Arrival was smooth. I downloaded the app (wasn’t thrilled at first), but it actually worked. No queue for keys — the gate recognised our number plate, the app sent a link straight to the caravan, and Google got us within 5 pitches. The caravans are clearly numbered, so the kids counted down to ours. App unlocked the door. Kids ran in to pick rooms while I unloaded the car — first time that’s ever happened on a short break. Caravan had 3 proper bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a separate toilet — really handy. Heating fired up instantly. We were a 7-minute walk from the pool (took 3 tries to find the shortcut). Pool was spotless, water warm, and there was a water slide we didn’t expect. Lifeguards were friendly and on it. Not crowded at all. Arcades were modern — kids loved the demolition ball game. Drinks were fair prices. Lucked into a free fireworks night (saw it on the app). Watched from the outdoor bar with burgers and pizza while the kids played on the park nearby. Felt relaxed and safe. Solid weekend. Didn’t expect to enjoy it this much.”

“Walked in for the Pharmacy First service as I had had a UTI for a week already and knew I would be waiting too long for a GP appointment (especially with it being a Friday). I hadn't used the pharmacy before but the service exceeded my expectations. There was no queue at this time (mid afternoon) so I was seen to quickly by a very friendly pharmacist at the counter. She communicated what to expect and I was then seen to in the consultation room quicker than expected (they fit me in between vaccination appointments). It was also only a short wait for the prescription to be ready. I was in and out the store within about 15 minutes with the desired result, and had pleasant interactions with the attentive staff.”
