“I really like this place, the lady who runs it is super friendly and the food is great. Wonderful homemade soups and a ever-changing variety of delicious cakes. I don't eat dairy so it's great that the soups are usually dairy free and there are dairy free cake options too. Wonderful selection of teas to try also, although I keep having the same one as it's so good!”

“A lovely little cafe with the nicest owners you could hope to meet. Charming to all the customers who arrived while we were there and impressively supportive to a customer with additional needs. The cake we had was delicious and the prices quoted on the menu were extremely reasonable. Do not be put off because this is not the most stylishly appointed venue and note that there are more tables to the rear.”

What we got: 3 x Oreo cheesecake 3 x Biscoff cheesecake 3 x white chocolate and strawberry cream tart 3 x Ferrero Rocher Mousse domes Marks out of 10 for: Appearance: 10/10 Taste: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Everything on the menu here is handmade and tastes absolutely amazing! “We had a very nice time at the Mill Yard cafe. It was a Mother’s Day treat by our children. The service was excellent and the food was freshly cooked and delicious. It is a quaint cafe, situated in a beautiful side street. Thank you for a lovely time. Will surely be visiting again in the summer.”

“There is a great selection of beers and at a very good price. Recently introduced menu has lured me in a few times. Love tge mushy peas test came with my Veggie sausages and mash. Building has a beautiful charm. Looks small from the outside but 3 floors of rustic charm.”

“Visiting family in the area and wanted somewhere to stop off for Sunday breakfast. What a fantastic find! Lovely, friendly staff in a very nice setting. I have the small all day breakfast, 1x sausage 1x bacon, fried egg, beans & plum tomatoe, mushrooms with wholemeal toast and all for £6.25!!! I was able to add a cheeky slice of black pudding for £1 Absolutely delicious! I forgot to take a picture of the food, couldn't wait to tuck into it We can't wait to come back”

“Went for a Sunday roast and was so pleasantly surprised by the quality - my partner had the chicken roast and I had a smaller chicken roast (really appreciate that’s there’s smaller portions available) and the meat was so flavourful. The potatoes are the best I’ve had and all the sides were also really tasty especially the cheesy leeks. Had biscoff tiramisu for dessert and it was delicious too! Shout out as well to our incredible server and barmaid Poppy, she genuinely looked after us and she was just incredible.”

“I needed a couple of fillings which had come out and my regular dentist kept cancelling on me so from a recommendation from a friend I tried The Hub dental surgery. From the initial call to two new white fillings administered was less than 24 hours , fantastic! The reception staff were exceptional and extremely helpful indeed. Then my dentist 'Sols' and his assistant 'Carpi' explained the treatment very clearly and carried out the procedure quickly and efficiently , plus the quality of the work done is brilliant. Thanks guys , I will be back .”

“I can count how many times with my fingers I have been to a Turkish restaurant. This restaurant is round the corner from the main market square and Waitrose, which are the main landmarks to me who is not familiar with St Neots. However, the quality of the food and service exceeded my expectation when comparing those Turkish restaurants which I have been to in London and Istanbul respectively. We went for the lunch menu (on a Saturday) - £13.99 for a two-course meal.  I had battered calamari rings for starter. They turned out to be very crispy outside while moist and soft inside. Then I had chicken shish. The chicken cubes were so moist and tasty. I also ordered a 500ml bottle of Turkish beer to share with my friend. The restaurant's owner kindly gave us some bulgur to try. The restaurant was super clean as it had been renovated not long ago. I ended the meal with a well-presented slice of Banoffee pie. Will definitely go back to try other dishes on the lunch menu.”

“Stopped by on a Saturday lunchtime. My husband had the steak (often a risky choice) but he was very happy with it, I had the lasagna, it was delicious, nice and cheesy. My son had the Gammon it disappeared pretty quickly so it must have been ok. Lovely pub in a lovely location. Would definitely go back.”
