“I loved it soooooooooo much! I had amala, gbegiri, Ewedu and palm wine while my friend had eba and egusi soup and it was soooooooooooo good. The portions were very generous. Spot the second half of my amala that i.just couldn't finish. The goat meat was soft and succulent and I generally just had a blast with this one. The waiting time however was a bit too long so thst is something they can definitely work on. I would definitely be recommending this place and coming back again.”

“Visited this restaurant last night as a group of 10 in a private room. The decor in the restaurant is really modern and there is a lively atmosphere inside. Was served by Marie and the service was absolutely outstanding 10/10; nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, everything came out fresh and hot and really well presented. The menu has a very good selection of traditional Turkish food and also a good choice of drinks. I think the prices are really affordable for the large portions that you get. Will definitely revisit this restaurant!!”

My husband loves Sweet & Sour King Prawn balls, so they always get ordered when we have a takeaway and he commented that the ones from here are the best he has had. I must admit I agree. I think we have now found our go to Chinese takeaway. We have tried a few others but this is the best in our opinion. Placed an order again tonight 17.2.24. Tried some other dishes, with Prawn balls of course, once again not disappointed. Will definately keep using.”

“Been here since 2014. Came back after being away for 8 years and ordered the same exact food as in the past. Hot wings are still super tasty, moist, meat slides off the bones and fries are very crispy. Loyal customer from day 1 and will always be when I’m around. For those who love a hearty takeaway that has consistent quality, couldn’t recommend Taste of Spice Raunds more.”

“When the order arrived and we immediately realised half of the order was missing, our moods plummeted. Especially as it was a special treat for my daughter's birthday. However, we got out the door straight away and tried calling a delivery guy over to ask him about it when another driver pulled up with the rest of the order. The second delivery guy said they realised the first one had picked up the incomplete order and send him with the rest. Truly brilliant service! The mistake was rectified straight away despite it being the middle of a busy period on a Friday night and we all enjoyed our treat together. Food was hot and delish! “I've only ever had deliveries from Mayflower. They are pricey than others, but overall, I've found them to be the best that delivers to me in Rushden. The food is flavoursome and tastes good, whereas I've seen others use lower-quality meat. They generally leave me feeling like the money could have been spent better elsewhere.”
