“My best man and I went to the Milton Keynes store in our search for the wedding suit. We had a little look ourselves and then Kyran came over to offer some assistance. We were then treated to a personal all encompassing visit with try on’s full get up for the extra special customer service. Kyran was an absolute star on the day with us a couple of walk ins. Kyran is an excellent representative of your brand and the store. Top notch!!”

“We have just had a lovely three night stay and we asked for rooms next to our friends and our needs were met. The staff are all friendly and helpful and always happy to help. The breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. We had lovely meals at the Harvester which is situated in the car park. There is lots to do in the area so that kept us busy. We enjoyed our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave so we will definitely be returning.”

The rooms are consistently spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds that guarantee a good rest. Breakfast offers excellent variety and quality, and the hotel’s location is truly convenient, situated in a safe area with shops and restaurants nearby, just minutes from ASDA, and with easy access to the highway. Importantly, I have always been acknowledged and valued as a Diamond member during each stay. “We recently stayed at the Mercure, Milton Keynes, while visiting a friend. The hotel is immaculately clean, modern and in a great location. The staff were all super friendly and attentive. Our room was on the ground floor quite close to reception. And although the room was spacious and clean, we found the bed to be a tad uncomfortable, perhaps because it's a linked bed. Nothing major but worth noting. During the night there was a dripping noise, presumably from the air-conditioning unit, which again was bearable but could be an issue to some. We stayed in the autumn but I'm sure in the summer, the AC would be very welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily, although one day our room seemed to have been half done. Towels were changed and bathroom cleaned but the bed not made up or coffee sachets left. This was rectified by reception, so once again not a problem. The rooms have multiply sockets, with USB points which is a luxury in itself. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the bar food was delicious and more than ample. We have an EV and although the chargers weren't working while we were there, there were plenty of high speed chargers in MK. My husband and I would definitely stay here again, the issues I've mentioned are very minor so please don't let these out you off staying at this hotel.”

“Okay, so first this is a budget hotel and a budget price. Plenty of car parking. It took less than 1 minute to get my room key. The accessible room was close to reception and on the ground floor. The room was spacious to move around in my wheelchair and there was tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a good size. I couldn't use the shower, but for 1 night the sink was adequate.”

“Popped in today for a browse. Your staff were so incredibly helpful. I was served by a young lad in a cream jumper (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who was super helpful & friendly. I’ve missed customer service like this! You normally have to shout someone down for help but he greeted us, then helped me when I needed it! “My both daughters took a while to settle and the staff were amazing at being patient and helping them to calm with various strategies.They were great at communicating with me and I had no hesitation sharing with them any my worries because I knew they would help my daughters.After two years they’ve had a beautiful bonding with the staff, they still miss them and ask me to visit them sometimes.They have been loved and looked after far better than I could hoped for.”

“Actually, I found ALL aspects of the care & treatment I received at the GenesisCare centre at Milton Keynes to be absolutely excellent. My initial referral was to Dr Gupta who from my first consultation, cutting through all the flim-flam, not only gave me clear & concise advice on what to expect but also organised my treatment plan remarkably quickly, which in itself I was extremely grateful for. Along with his secretary - Michele Greenwood (whose kindness & efficiency I found immensely helpful) - Dr Gupta has been a model of professionalism at every point in the subsequent follow-ups. Most importantly, from the first day and throughout the whole course of attendance at the treatment centre, everyone I met - from the receptionists to the phlebotomists & radiologists - were wonderfully kind but also very efficient. The facilities at the centre are first-class and I felt very well looked after at every stage. Thankfully, I am now in remission but will be eternally grateful to these lovely people for all their wonderful kindness & dedication. I could not recommend this treatment centre and it's brilliant staff highly enough. #UnsungHeroes”
