Special big thanks to Bobby who was very helpful to resolve an issue with a lawnmower I had to return soon after purchase with a fault to the handle. He took the time to obtain a replacement handle and then kindly assemble the machine for me to ensure it was all correct - and brought it to my car. I much appreciated this excellent customer service.”

“Went in to tentatively look for a new fridge freezer and the store was very busy with all the sales people taken... but the wonderful salesman Phil Gulley, spoke with us and explained he would be with us when he finished with the customer he was with... and sure enough, he came to us a short while later, worked though our needs and wants, and then introduced us to a model that we hadn't even thought of looking at. Phil was brilliant! Very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, easy to speak with and he sold us the product, helping us to feel we had a great deal. In these days of internet shopping, we could have looked online, and we could have possibly found the item cheaper, but Phil Gulley and our experience at Curry's Norwich left us feeling really pleased that we had purchased in store, with real people, who know their stuff!
