The delivery was very fast, the driver came to directly to my door in a second floor flat. The food itself was delicious. Freshly cooked and lovely quality. “I've been to the surgery a few times recently for various issues, not just myself, but for my baby. I've rarely needed to attend the doctor's until I got pregnant. I have to say, whether it has been for same-day appointments for my baby who has had a chest infection, an ear infection and tonsillitis (all in her first year) she has always been seen - following two incorrect diagnoses from A&E I might add!! I've attended for myself and have always been able see a suitable member of staff. I feel the surgery has much better reception staff now as well (didn't used to be the case!) and I've noticed an improvement especially in the last 2 years! Definitely worth reviewing because all NHS staff need to hear it when they're doing a good job.”

“The central customer service of UPS isn't great so I came here to sort out an issue with a parcel which wasn't delivered to the UPS Access Point as it was meant to be, so its delivery would have been delayed to the next working day. I needed the package urgently so I came to the door which was a bit unassuming and difficult to find but the person working there was really helpful in checking where my parcel was and organised for the driver to bring it back at the end of his round and give it back to me there at the depot. I'm really happy with the help I got here, which went far beyond just the service which you pay for, so if you have any issues with a delivery from this depot, I'd recommend going straight to them to get it solved (there's no phone line).”
