“Since we moved to Framingham Earl nearly a Year ago we have had to use the surgery many times sadly, however on each and every visit we have been dealt with efficiently and with care. Starting with the phone call they have always been answered quickly and politely with a re-route to a Doctor if necessary. On only one occasion we were not number one in the queue then by magic we can hang up and get a call back, brilliant. The Doctors are always knowledgeable, friendly and happy to give a personal call if that is the best course of action. On some occasions I get in a muddle with our medications running out or needing information, the team have always helped with compassion for an old man’s inefficiency, plus after a new medication we get a call to check all is going as expected. Nurses are always welcoming and careful and willing to listen! Finally and probably the most important for a tax Payer, TEAMWORK, the whole team come together to help patients reduce a stressful time. Thank You.”
