The owner Victor made time to speak to us and get to know us and asked us about our food preferences. I can't explain how comfortable we felt and how delighted we were with the service. The lakenham way walk is a lovely short 15-20 min walk under some old railway bridges and right at the end of that we found this nice little sainsburys where we stopped for a meal deal. Good walk in a nice area very conviently positioned just on the edge of the city centre.”

“Last night our party of nine enjoyed the most wonderful evening at Trattoria Rustica on Princes Street, one of our long‑time favourite restaurants in Norwich. We’ve visited many times, but this visit truly stood out. We chose the Christmas festive menu and every dish was exceptional — from the mussels to the cannelloni, the tiramisu, and even the vegan pancakes, which were a delightful surprise. We ended the evening with a round of limoncello, the perfect finishing touch to a beautiful meal. The Ouchai family and their team are always so lovely and attentive. Their hospitality creates such a warm and cosy atmosphere that you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. “We visited here on 31.03.25 and was very impressed with our waitress Saffron. She was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and attentive throughout our visit. She offered to help us with explaining the different deals and best value for money etc. She had no issue with swapping ingredients on our pizza (we wanted to swap the beef for onion, and as they didn't have any spicy pork, we asked to have chicken instead) Once our food was served, we were taking some pictures of each other and our meal etc and she came over and offered to take a picture of us together, which was really nice of her and very much appreciated! I can often feel a bit nervous to ask staff members to take pictures, as I feel awkward and am conscious they may feel nervous to do it, but her offering to take one made things so much easier and it's nice to have for memories. We had already paid for our food as you pay at the start of the meal in this restaurant, so she wasn't doing this just to try and get a tip or anything. Saffron was really friendly throughout our whole visit and seemed very genuine in how much she enjoyed interacting and helping customers, it didn't feel forced or like she was doing it because she had been told to. She was far nicer than the other waitress who greeted and seated us. Saffron really made a difference to our visit. In terms of the food, the pizza was great tasting and really good quality, very plentiful with toppings too. The only criticism would be that the base was EXTREMELY thin, so you could not pick up the pizza without it flopping over and the sauce dripping off. I am not sure if it was so thin because it was a sharing pizza, but I have not known Pizza Hut Pizzas to be that thin before. I would definitely recommend getting the garlic powder topping (which is free of charge) added on if you like garlic, this made it taste even better. It was great value for money, 1 large sharing meat feast pizza with 2 salad bowls and 2 drinks for £27 (I was able to get about £7 discount with blue light)”

Surprisingly, considering I usually prefer a full English breakfast, I found it quite enjoyable! Affordable Café: The café serves reasonably priced meals, which is a bonus. EV Charging Station: They have an electric vehicle charging station available. “I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for years but visited the Longwater branch at lunchtime today. The lite lunch with a flatbread was lovely and my son had plenty to choose from at the buffet. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the lady who dealt with us. Although the restaurant was quite busy for a weekday lunchtime, she made sure we were ok with the online ordering system and checked to see if all was OK once we had our food. So nice to eat out where the staff are a pleasure as well as the food. Thank you!”

“Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years as the ones where I used to live closed! So having moved to Lowestoft we thought we would try it. It was a Friday evening, not very busy and food was lovely and staff friendly. We both got salad from the unlimited salad bar which was fresh, well presented with lots of choice, pizzas were nice as was fries. As we went for a deal we saved room for pudding so took half the pizza home for lunch next day (which went down nicely!). The puddings again were nice, only thing my husband ordered warm brownie but it wasn't warm, still nice. Would definately recommend and definately we will return at some point.”
