“My Jag XKR had a very bizzare noise in 2nd gear that no one could figure out. I took it to JagTech in notts and they came out with me in my car to diagnose the noise. They’d never heard anything like it. They put it up on the ramp and found that an exhaust clamp was the incorrect way round from my exhaust work that i had done elsewhere. The exhaust clamp was touching the gearbox as I accelerated. They turned it the correct way, ensured the problem was sorted and they charged me NOTHING. Such great help and very polite guys. “My cat battery drained overnight. I went to other garages and they simply said that you have to bring the car here then we will charge the battery. Then i found Qazi autos on google. I went to them and told the issue, they quickly sent the person and my car was on the road in next 10 mins. Some mechanic told me that my tyres and rear brakes discs are not good and they need replacement. When i brought my vehicle to the qazi autos they thoroughly checked the vehicle and told me everything is good. You dont need to do anything. They just cleaned my brakes. I asked them for wheel alingment and after checking they told me that alingment is also ok there is nothing to be done. Such a honest and experienced guys they are. From now on i have opted them to be my permanent vehicle repair garage. I will recommend them to my freinds and everyone who will ask me about vehicle repair.”

So I just asked about a very small job really as my car is all but new - gave me a date, I came back down, they were a bit stressed and asked if I could come back later on to which I replied i was going to leave it with them. They asked how I was getting back and I said Uber - the kind gent said apologies for making you come back - take my car and just come back later and it will be done! They didn’t have to do that - charge was good - all was good. I was nice to them - they were nice to me - pretty simple I think.
