“Everyone at the branch was great. Andi was our kitchen designer, and he did a fantastic job working with us to give us the exact kitchen we were looking for. He got over some tricky details. And saved us money where he could. We had a damaged unit on delivery, which was swapped with no hassel, and Andi was on hand to discuss everything during the design process, and believe me, when I say the wife was picky”

“Bought a fridge and a washer/dryer. After some seriously meticulous cleaning of both, we managed to get both working. Fridge is a bit loud, washer worked straight away. I paid around 25% of the price I would've needed to pay if I bought both new. A year and a half later, they are still going strong. I'd recommend this store for people on a budget. Given the prices and their ability to deliver, I am not sure you can find much better.”

“I read several poor reviews of homearena but I did read a couple of good ones, so I decided to order. I ordered a regency divan set with 2 drawers and orthopaedic mattress. Yes it does take a while to receive the bed but the timescale is clearly stated on the website. I ordered online. However any questions or queries I had prior to ordering and after were dealt with promptly on the chat facility on their website. Was pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the bed, mattress and free headboard. However I didn't receive the attattchments for the headboard. I informed on the chat. I then received email, and it was sent out to me in first class delivery. I was really impressed with the quality of the bed for the price and the quality of the customer service. Definitely recommend this company. And no I don't work for the company or affiliated with them. Came across them online when I was looking for a bed.”

“Had our new fitted wardrobe installed today by castle bedrooms. From start to finish it has been easy with great customer service from Gary who came to design & quote, through to the fitters who installed the wardrobes today. The wardrobe is great quality and built with very sturdy materials, Gary provided us with many options and samples on the initial visit. Allowing us to make an educated choice in what we wanted from our fitted wardrobe.”

“We love DTR and have now done a couple of projects with them - master bedroom media wall with acoustic panelling and storage & a very cool movie room with built in bar, acoustic panelling and lighting. DTR’s work is top notch and always brings the ‘wow’ factor! Luke did both installs and honestly is superb, works really hard, gets on with the job, is extremely tidy and finishes the work to an extremely high standard. The whole team is brilliant, thank you Grace, Dave, Hayley, Luke and all of the team at DTR!”

“Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service and the sofas from Taz and his Team. We ordered 2 x made-to-measure Knoll-style sofas - his lads delivered them and helped us move all of our heavy furniture around while they were here. The sofas are fantastic quality and look amazing in our loung - we’ve already ordered a third sofa in the same style. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for our sofas!”

“Very pleased and happy with service and end result. Abi was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we tried to decide between different flooring options. Everyone was so helpful and provided great advice. Once we had decided a flooring, the service was so seamless and as I provided a fitting date that suited me promptly. The fitting was done by Finley who did a great job of ensuring the finish was perfect The customer service has been excellent and would definitely recommend this lovely family company to anyone thinking about changing floors.”

From our very first meeting, Steve had so many invaluable suggestions and was happy to do numerous amendments and tweaks to the design until it was perfect for us. I’m sure that’s where the service would end with some companies but with Colourhill, you get continued involvement throughout the fitting process. I’ve lost count of the number of times Steve has popped in just to make sure everything was on track and being fitted to the highest of standards. “Consistently excellent service and communication! James was extremely helpful and supplied us with all the information we needed. We bought our furniture from him 15 years ago, so when we needed a new bed frame, we knew exactly where to go. The delivery was swift, and the drivers were not only on time but also very courteous. They assembled the bed and made sure we were satisfied with it before leaving. All the furniture we’ve purchased has been of excellent quality and built to last. I would definitely recommend!”
