“Do not be fooled by the restaurant's exterior appearance. We went there for the first time today and we were very pleased. The service was fast and very friendly. The food is simple, fresh and great. It gave us the feeling of being a family restaurant with authentic, delicious Chinese food. Furthermore, the price was extremely affordable, having paid less than 40 pounds for two starts and two main courses. Definitely recommend this place!”

Topay served us today and even remembered that we have been before. Her attention to detail is good, as she even remembered I had a little boy (who was not with us on this visit). “Don’t review that often, but this place was unexpectedly great. The pizza and the focaccia is probably be the best I’ve had in Nottingham and I’ve eaten at lots various pizzerias around the city. “Excellent restaurant serving fabulous food in gorgeous surroundings. My son and daughter-in-law have visited here several times before and raved about their experiences, and I was equally impressed. There were plenty of vegetarian options, and a nice selection of cocktails. The restaurant was incredibly busy but service was relatively quick - staff were attentive but not intrusive. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.”

“My friend and I went to Orissa for the first time this evening. We were greeted with friendly smiles and shown to our table. The staff were attentive and our food came out at a good time. The food itself… absolutely beautiful!! The flavour profiles in each dish were delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. The portions are really good sizes, we couldn’t finish our meals and bought the rest home with us. The price is good value and we’ll be definitely going back again. Thank you for a lovely evening.”

“I recently had a visit to this lovely restaurant with a group of friends. Parking: There is a limited car parking at the front with around 10-12 vehicle space. The restaurant has a very beautiful entrance with a small garden and water like fountain. Food: The food was all of good portion and was very delicious. They even catered and fulfilled our request to make the food a bit spicy. The food arrived in good timely manner as well. Seating: The seating was nicely laid out for our group. And there were plenty of other seats as well. We were provided with a separate room which was big enough for our group. Disabled access. Although we didnt have anyone who needed the need. However, for other disabled customer info, there is stairs which might be a bit of challenge to go to the restaurant from the car park entrance. Price: The price per customer was roughly 25£ for starters main and side dish. Excluding drinks. Staff and Service: Staff were nicely dressed and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to have the thai food.”

“I never leave reviews really, but honestly I've just ordered a a cheese and bacon meal burger and 2 plain dogs and a side of chips and it was amazing. The burger was of an American diner standard, was absolutely full of meat, sauce and salad, the bun was lovely not soggy at all. The hot dogs were massive and tasty, outrageous portion of chips, shouldn't of ordered a side portion as the amount you get in a meal fed me and my 2 kids. Will definitely order again!”

“I used to dine in here a few years ago and had my first takeaway this week. WOW, I wish I had come back sooner. The ribs are to die for. Everything I had was delicious and full of flavour (Crispy Chili beef, Salt and Pepper Chicken) and at a very decent price too. I will be back more often now. This place is my new favourite!”

“This place is excellent, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff are so lovely and helpful, various members talked me through dishes on the menu and when I asked for recommendations based on my preferences they were highly knowledgeable and accommodating in tweaking the dish. Could not fault them I would highly recommend eating here!”

“What a burger, really nice. I had the Mexican burger and my daughter had the buttermilk chicken. You get a really decent size portion of chips too. I admit, burger wasn’t massive but with the chips it was really filling. Comes wrapped in ‘newspaper’ love that and then in a massive box. You get a few warm wet wipes as well. For me, love this as I have a big beard and came in handy. Top marks, will definitely be back”

“Went to chai roti last night for the first time, they were clearly very popular with people coming in and out to collect their food. The man at the counter took time to explain the menu to us telling us they make everything fresh so can adapt our order to our liking spice wise etc. We pre ordered for an hour later as had only popped in for a menu and it was a little early for us to eat. When we went back, the man was just as friendly and very helpful. The food was just as good as the service we had received. The best Indian take away we have had in a very long time. Everything was hot the naans were very soft and the flavours were lovely. We could tell everything had been made fresh and not just reheated as weve had from other takeaway restaurants. We will definitely be back again to try other things on the menu. Thank you for a lovely meal.”

“Wonderful little gem of a cafe that we discovered by chance, friendly atmosphere and the lady who served us could not do enough for us. Lovely range of smoothies, milkshakes and frappes, including what was maybe the best vanilla frappe we’ve ever had! Also has a small range of menu options with the normal light lunch classics such as sandwiches, roasties, jacket potatoes etc, well priced, delicious with well-sized portions.
