We went to George, brought some new socks and shoes for them to only find out the dollop got the wrong size. The customer service employees in the store were extremely helpful, took the shoes back and gave us a store card with the refunded total on it, which we used to then buy the correct size.”

“My personal experience with PurelyPets has been great. Never needed to claim up until my dog was recommended to have several large lumps removed from around his leg joints. Fortunately the lumps were fatty but because of their location, it was recommended they were removed so as to not cause any mobility issues in the future. The claim process via the PuryPets website was really simple. I tracked the progress and received email updates at various stages. There was no quibbling with anything and I received the full amount excluding my excesses. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks which I think for these things was really quite quick.
