“Always use thisservice for our static home. Colin is an asset to the firm, knows his job”
“The perfect house! Beautiful decor, pristine condition and beautiful views. We loved the little snug and the games room at back. We will return as soon as we can.”
“Lovely friendly atmosphere, self catering apartment was lovely. Definitely going again”
“Wonderful building, spotless room, amazing breakfast, perfect location.......nothing to dislike. Staff great and on our particular stay, the other guests were friendly, adding to our great experience.”
“Great place to stay, and a friendly and interesting host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome.”
“Excellent B&B. Very nice room which was immaculately clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast. We would not have any hesitation in recommending this B&B to others that was to be close to Chichester Town Centre.”
“We had the most amazing stay at Linden House in West Wittering. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located — but what truly made our stay so special were Lulu and Russell. They are just wonderful hosts, so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel completely at home. We can’t wait to return — highly recommend!”
“I stayed with my family here for a last minute holiday and we had such a wonderful stay. The location was beautiful and the cottages were set with fields around. We stayed in Egremont cottage and it was so spacious. Perfect for our family and our dog too. The cottage was superbly clean and the check-in/check-out from the hotel was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next trip already!”
“Had the most wonderful couple of days staying here. The accommodation is really good, comfortable beds, very clean and fitted out very well. The food was really excellent both evening meals and breakfasts. Sam and the team made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The pub is a very dog friendly place, we felt "underdressed" as we do not have a dog, but we made a few canine friends. For guests staying with dogs, there is l lovely grassed quadrangle for exercising the dogs. The pub is situated in a very rural location, the location is in a dark sky area, and for my hobby of astrophotography, absolutely ideal location. Most definitely will be coming back, hopefully for a few cloud free nights.”
“I stayed one night in May at the pub. The room was nice and clean and I had lunch, dinner and breakfast, which were all very good. The location is fine for visiting the town and Cathedral. I was arriving by train and walked to the hotel with a trolley. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. A great choice if you're travelling on your own: Lots of people in the restaurant and the pub.”
“Stayed here for the first time, some aspects are a bit tired and could do with an update as for the price of my stay I didn't expect threadedbare carpets! Another coffee machine at breakfast would be useful as waiting to get a coffee which you make yourself was a bit frustrating. Staff and service were excellent as was the meals I enjoyed here, great dinners and breakfast.”
“Easter Weekend What a lovely park! Very clean, tidy and luxury chalet was lovely well equipped and warm had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. We stayed in a dog free chalet as don't have a dog, and i was amazed how well behaved the dogs we saw around the park were, also very quiet at night too no barking! which i would have expected. All in all very nice stay, didn't use the facilities as had day trips planned, but walked around the park and down to the beach.”
“Long weekend visiting family in the area. First time to stay here and would come again. Despite being quite close to a busy road couldn't hear it in the rooms, being sat outside the bar is quite noisy but the cocktail were nice. Bed's were comfortable, shower hot and powerful, plenty of parking. WiFi unusable and poor signal from my provider, was nice to have less distraction aa the phone hardly works, fortunately I was wasn't here on business...”
“Lovely little campsite, tucked back from the road. You can still hear the a27 but it's not intrusive. We were there for an event at Silverstone so it was busy, but this wasn't a problem as the atmosphere was very pleasant. The toilets were clean and always stocked with loo roll and hand soap, the showers could do with modernisation, there are only three and the night before the event only one was working so there was a queue. The electric pitches are quite tight, you will have other campers right up next to you if it's busy. The staff running the site were very friendly and helpful, and there is a nice washing up facility with soap and sponges, as well as some local info and games/books to use.”
“It was a work visit and a last minute booking, however Martin was more than accommodating he made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was excellent! - Martin made sure we were fully feed and watered before we left with a full english and an array of other treats and of course plenty of coffee. We defiantly we be recommending Lockgate Dairy - Thanks for having us Martin all the best Simon and Casey”
“It is beautiful cottage and has a lot of historical value which you can read about in the welcome book. There is plenty of space but do mind your head if you are on the taller side especially upstairs and in the main living quarters. It's Pet friendly and a lovely place to say only two problems were the driveway was quite tight and it can feel overly cold upstairs and harder to heat but is reasonably warm downstairs.”
“It's a beautiful place. We spend there a few days after the wedding. Was very bad weather but we were happy,”
“We've been coming to this pub/restaurant for a while now and every time we visit we have such a lovely time. The food is incredible - always so delicious...a really thoughtful specials board too. The cocktail menu is fab and we love the fact that there are some different versions of the classics - the coriander marg is definitely one to try. Really friendly and attentive service and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely lovely place to spend some time and enjoy great seasonal (of which some is very local) food. Perfect for couples or families/friends.”
“OMG I had the most amazing lasagne here! The portion size was enormous, with a generous serving of salad and chips - it was delicious! The service was so friendly too, it was a great visit.”
“Lovely lodges very welcoming hosts”
“My son and I stayed at Cherry End Bed & Breakfast while attending the Goodwood Revival. Perfect location and the town of Chichester is wonderful. Steve, our host, was terrific and engaging, the breakfasts were great and the morning conversations even better! Room was perfect for us and staying here made a great event even better.”
“The best Sunday roast anywhere. Great service. Highly recommend this pub. The carvery I. A Sunday is fresh and home made. No lines to get your food like the toby. It's just a perfect lunch in a beautiful pub.”
“Big thank you to the staff at the G&D who helped us this evening when my wife fell ill (she's out of hospital and feeling better.) Wonderful people who couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.”
“Great campsite. Lots of space and food location. Plenty of loos and showers. Just the job for a weekend away and so good that you don't have to leave first thing in the morning.”

“Stayed here last year. Absolutely stunning. Highly recommend. Hope to go back. Beautiful beaches, beautiful accommodation and such lovely hosts.”
“This is a lovely B & B run by Lesley and Peter who were very welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was beautifully clean and tastefully decorated, with high quality bed linen. The bed is so comfortable - we slept like logs!! The bathroom although not ensuite is right next to the bedroom and is designated solely for guests staying in that room. Again it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast of natural yoghurt with Lesley's amazing homemade plum compote, cereals and Peter's top notch scrambled eggs with toast was delightfully simple but so much nicer than the usual, but unnecessary, full English fry up that many B & Bs feel they have to provide. My husband said they were the best scrambled eggs he'd had in a very long time, and quite possibly ever! There was orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee which were both nice and strong. We would highly recommend Windward House, and will definitely be coming back again next time we are staying overnight in the area.”
“Beautiful cottage overlooking the estuary and just 3 mins walk from the Anchor Bleu pub. The interior has been done to a very high standard (powerful showers, an amazing upstairs ensuite bathroom, lovely kitchen). The information provided by the owners was really comprehensive with very fast responses to any questions. We'd happily stay there again and recommend.”
“Spence cottage was fantastic.a beautiful cottage very clean with a private garden.my 3 children loved it there was games and dvd to keep them occupied.a great park for them just 2 minutes up the road.west wittering beach only 10 mins away was well worth it.we will definitely be making more visits”
“I love meeting genuinely lovely people. In a last minute panic I contacted these guys and they bent over backwards to help us out. When we arrived anything would have done. We were met with a charming, clean beautiful property. Our own private pool, lovely fields to walk in the morning to clear your head. Horses that were welcoming and child friendly. A boating lake and an incredibly well presented space with beds that you did not want to climb out of. We and our children loved this place.”
