“Bought some fence posts this morning to make repairs after the recent storms. I knew the broken posts were less than 100mm, so assumed they were 75mm and placed an order. Actually my posts had been planed down to 95mm. Jamie and team at Finchampstead Travis Perkins were excellent about replacing them for the 100mm versions I should have bought in the first place. “Thrilled with the door's quality and the installation. Despite a problem with the supplier of the integrated blinds, the sliding door was installed on schedule given the installation date when the order was placed. However, to maintain the agreed date, doors were initially installed with plain glass until the units from the new blinds supplier were delivered. These were replaced in a matter of minutes. We were kept up to date on the situation and given a demonstration of the new supplier's products, which we are thrilled with because they provide the doors the gloss and degree of seclusion we had hoped for. Would suggest this business and product.”
