“I recently bought paving blocks to build a patio. The staff were unbelievably helpful and patient, many phone calls to the supplier later I got exactly what I needed. My patio looks fantastic. With my rough drawing and dodgy measurements, I cant say how pleased I am with the help I was given. I have in the past been to all the main stream building merchants and been treated like a numpty for needing advice - not at Sehmis! Thank you in particular to Ian whose patience was unending.”

The team here are fantastic;always willing to help and are on the ball. One that stands out is a guy called Dan. He consistently demonstrates excellent customer service. Shame about the tall fella who works in the paint section. He was the least bothered about my enquiry and made me feel a right idiot by telling me the paint I wanted didn’t exist. “I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.”
