“My daughter has been at this nursery for just over two years, starting off in the baby room. While there have been some expected staff changes the care has consistently exceeded my high hopes. She is not only kept safe and well educated, but given all the affection she could want and loves going into nursery each weekday morning. It is an extremely positive, welcoming, and supportive environment and she loves having a close-knit set of peers to engage with. Every carer has been wonderful with her, there is a genuine concern for her well-being from them. Her key carers build very special relationships with her and us. The educational lessons vary widely from foreign languages to sports to practical cooking skills, and she has thrived under the high level of stimulation and learning. We initially felt very guilty leaving her there each workday but it has turned out to be the best thing to stimulate and develop her and give her the best possible preparation for formal schooling and life.”

“Our son attended this wonderful nursery for a year and a half. The staff are professional, warm, and kind. Thanks to the nurturing environment they created, our boy became more confident, independent, and made friends. We never worried about our child when he was at the Wise Owls. The rooms are new after recent refurbishment. The menu is balanced. There is plenty of learning, fun, and independent play. Even show and tell to practice speaking skills. Sad to say goodbye. “I’ve had two children attend Honeysuckle over the past 4 years. My older child for the pre-school year only after previously attending a childminder, and my younger child from 6 months old through to pre-school age. I can’t express deeply enough how wonderful our experience has been. The setting is well equipped with amazing resources and the daily activities are diverse, thoughtful and well-organised. The environment is so nurturing and the staff treat the children with care and respect. This is also reflected in how the children behave and treat each other. My youngest child’s social and emotional skills are particularly advanced and I believe it has a lot to do with the exceptional environment he has developed in at Honeysuckle. The leadership team have always been extremely accommodating and supportive to us as parents, and do a great job at fostering a community through family events. Highly recommend!”

“What really makes the difference at Banana Moon- Caversham is the teachers. My daughter has recently started nursery and wasn’t settled at first, but after just two months she is now very happy and excited to go every day. The teachers have been incredibly patient, caring, and supportive. My son has been attending the nursery for the past three years, and his teachers have been amazing in helping with his potty training and encouraging a love of books. His vocabulary has developed so much thanks to the education and care he receives. I’d also like to mention the cooks, who prepare fresh and varied meals every day, which is a big plus. The extra activities, such as day trips and events like the Christmas get-together for parents and children, add real value and create a lovely community feel. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for excellent care and a great learning environment for their children.”

“I am acquainted with several members of the County Carers management team and have been for some time impressed by their professional approach to the their structure and organisation which has focussed on honesty, care and safety of all of their clients. In recent times as a result of change in my own personal health circumstances I am experiencing the benefits of County Carer's full range of caring capabilities. My day to day requirements are being met by home carers who have been selected from the care team whose skills are directly aligned to my needs. I am partly confined to my home but never feel the isolation of entrapment because the attentions of my primary visiting carer and her support . I would never under estimate the dedication with which Katie goes about her daily duties. I find this young lady applies honesty and care to everything she does be it domestic support activity or comfort and communication. On joint external visits for shopping etc I find her attention to my safety and well- being to be of the highest order and a true reflection of the principles I understood to be the focus of the owners and management team I feel happy with their ministrations and hope for all our sakes it may continue.”

“We couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough. Our little girl had a difficult start to life and when able to start attending nursery, still needed some special attention. The team were never fazed by any of this, and haven’t just helped to look after her, they have been a fundamental part of her progress, both in terms of her health and overall development. Every member of the team we’ve met has been incredibly friendly and we love hearing about and seeing (via the great online platform they use) all the fun things she does during her time there. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!”

“Waterside is a great nursery. After my initial visit, I was very impressed by the offering and I adored the arts and crafts room. The site is safe and secure and they allow comforts which was a big bonus as that helped the adjustment after being home throughout covid. Our 3 year old has been at Waterside just over 9 months and really loves it. The team assisted greatly with potty training with was greatly appreciated as full time working parents. Our little one has recently been showing off her yoga moves at home, taught at preschool. The nursery app. Provides detailed information throughout the day including food, education and loo stops. The team are very approachable and show they care. We definitely recommend this nursery/preschool and it's a great location in Thames Valley Park.”
