“My daughter has been at this nursery for just over two years, starting off in the baby room. While there have been some expected staff changes the care has consistently exceeded my high hopes. She is not only kept safe and well educated, but given all the affection she could want and loves going into nursery each weekday morning. It is an extremely positive, welcoming, and supportive environment and she loves having a close-knit set of peers to engage with. Every carer has been wonderful with her, there is a genuine concern for her well-being from them. Her key carers build very special relationships with her and us. The educational lessons vary widely from foreign languages to sports to practical cooking skills, and she has thrived under the high level of stimulation and learning. We initially felt very guilty leaving her there each workday but it has turned out to be the best thing to stimulate and develop her and give her the best possible preparation for formal schooling and life.”

“I am acquainted with several members of the County Carers management team and have been for some time impressed by their professional approach to the their structure and organisation which has focussed on honesty, care and safety of all of their clients. In recent times as a result of change in my own personal health circumstances I am experiencing the benefits of County Carer's full range of caring capabilities. My day to day requirements are being met by home carers who have been selected from the care team whose skills are directly aligned to my needs. I am partly confined to my home but never feel the isolation of entrapment because the attentions of my primary visiting carer and her support . I would never under estimate the dedication with which Katie goes about her daily duties. I find this young lady applies honesty and care to everything she does be it domestic support activity or comfort and communication. On joint external visits for shopping etc I find her attention to my safety and well- being to be of the highest order and a true reflection of the principles I understood to be the focus of the owners and management team I feel happy with their ministrations and hope for all our sakes it may continue.”

“This indoor palce is really nice for kids to have fun there is soft play area for kids, slides as well small are to play football and basketball. Even adults can join in. Really fun loving place. They do have a cafe inside there where you can have if you are hungry and thirsty. My son really loved this place.”

“What really makes the difference at Banana Moon- Caversham is the teachers. My daughter has recently started nursery and wasn’t settled at first, but after just two months she is now very happy and excited to go every day. The teachers have been incredibly patient, caring, and supportive. My son has been attending the nursery for the past three years, and his teachers have been amazing in helping with his potty training and encouraging a love of books. His vocabulary has developed so much thanks to the education and care he receives. I’d also like to mention the cooks, who prepare fresh and varied meals every day, which is a big plus. The extra activities, such as day trips and events like the Christmas get-together for parents and children, add real value and create a lovely community feel. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for excellent care and a great learning environment for their children.”

“Didnt take many pictures sorry we were having so much fun! Place is huge and brilliant for all ages! Lovely clean soft play with slides, mazes, climbing, wobbly obstacles, mirrors, ball pits, bumper cars, role play village with dress up and props, they have party facilities here, a cafe, toilets and a carousel!! Well worth the money we paid 18.00 fpr an adult and 1 toddler but it wasnt busy when we went term time on a friday at lunchtime it was my 2 year old paradise we had it near enough to ourselves without older kids bumping him over it was great! Staff were friendly and engaging with the children. Fully secure photo entry system and locked gates for in and out. Will defo be back! We came from basingstoke on the train which took around 15 min on train and a five min really easy walk to the venue! Theres a mcdonalds opposite too and its next to sainsburys if u dont want to buy food there. Our food however was nice from the venue and reasonably priced. They sell snacks, fresh cake, biscuits and drinks. It is card payments only. There is a lift for pushchair/wheelchair access also. We did not have to prebook tickets either however i can imagine on weekends this is advised but not essential. 10/10 from us!.”

“Under Kelly's leadership, the nursery became a fantastic environment for my eldest child. She's loved every minute and still talks about all her experiences. The staff, especially Hannah, has made a lasting impression on her. I've even had to cook like David or the food will not be eaten at home! With its Good Ofsted rating recently, I am sure the nursery will continue to provide such a wonderful experience for other children. Thank you for everything you have done for our eldest. We look forward to seeing our little girl thrive with you in September 2025 when she joins the nursery family! Unfortunately since Kelly has left the nursery it seems to have gone down hill!!! Be wary!”

The team were never fazed by any of this, and haven’t just helped to look after her, they have been a fundamental part of her progress, both in terms of her health and overall development.
