    3 Way Healthcare

“For more than 4 years I have had arthritic pain in my knees which has greatly impacted my mobility and general day to day activities. Anisha has been fantastic from the moment I met her. She listened, fully examined my legs and movement and then gave me a couple of really simple daily exercises. Following the exercise plan, my knee pain & stiffness has gone. I can easily walk half a mile with my dog and I can now walk up and down my stairs without my knees cracking and locking up. I am no longer relying on pain killers every day and I have so much more freedom in getting around. Not only have I got my independence back, my confidence to do things that I previously couldn't attempt has done wonders for my overall well-being. I cannot praise Anisha and the 3 Way Physio team highly enough and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.”

    The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre

    ★★★★☆ 4.7
    Open

“The entire process, from reception team, finance, the clinicians and all staff ( nursing included) made the difficult experience as stress free as possible. I don’t ever doubt being referred to the Ralph and i’ve been to a few other referrals before. There is no hesitation. Through a long battle of ups and downs with my boy Snow, some incredible surgeons and clinicians, he has a good quality of life that he wouldn’t have had-he quite literally wouldn’t be here without them. A holistic approach to veterinary medicine, taking into consideration not only the owners choice, and lifestyle, but the wider picture- all the while keeping the animals quality of life a priority. The team truly care about their patients. For snows care: To list a few and give my thanks: Heather Covey, Isla, Javier (Clinician) Eirini Pappa ( Surgeon) Heather S, Sarah G, Emma( Medicine nurse) Becky ( Internal medicine Nurse) Nieka The dentistry and Ophthalmology department, Azzura, for a few of my cats. Neurology department, Irene. Lizzie, Angie, Emma, Helen ( Reception, Finance/ admin). ( If I haven’t mentioned their names it’s just because i’m not great in remembering! But they have all been amazing). Thank you for everything that you have done and continue to do for my animals! A pet is a privilege. The costs are for expert care and specialists in their field, with a range of equipment and runnings costs behind the scenes. I appreciate everything the team does and continue to do for my animals, especially when it comes to Snow. I really hope that the staff are all compensated for what they do, whether that be in their opinions on the daily practice or their wages as they truly are incredible. ( In case any management are seeing this!)”

“Amazing historic track. I was surprised that there weren’t more runners making a pilgrimage to this track. The track was amazing. 6 full lanes and 8 sprint lanes. Did a couple of miles with the family and we all had a great time. Bought the tickets there for 4.50 quid and it was well worth it. Bathrooms and water in the center alone. Just glad that I was able to visit this track in my time at Oxford.”

“A long, long time ago, a family member stayed here, I was 3 years old and that was 36 years ago. He loved it that much that he stayed for a good 20 years. I don’t know how he afforded it because he had no income. I think they provided him the accommodation for free and even gave him a job there which he got paid for. He was given his own room which had everything he needed. They gave him pills which gave him the best nights sleep ever. Something happened to him here because he’d often be like a zombie but he was ok with it, because everybody else was too, he didn’t feel judged at all. I’ve heard that he’s changed his surname and wrote a lot of poetry books which we told everyone he published. I’ve heard He also chases his friends around the corridors on his unicorn and talks very fondly about his neighbours. However I have heard that a lot of them think they have connections with Jesus Christ and the devil. But that is ok, because Jesus always needed a unicorn so it was a perfect situation. I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars because everything they have given him has been above satisfactory. Free food, accommodation, friends for life and a rise in self confidence because he was never judged. What more could anybody ask for. I did try to book a room but they wouldn’t let me stay at the time as they said they needed a referral from my next of kin. They are still waiting for my family members unicorn to contact them. Can’t wait to get the opportunity to stay here though and write this review from a guests point of view.”

    Oxford Community Diagnostic Centre

“I’ve had great experience when I came here for an MRI scan. I have claustrophobia which can sometimes get severe. But it went like a breeze and I was not frightened at any point. So, this is a review for fellow sufferers: I think it is manageable, but you might need a little preparation. The diagnostic centre is lovely and new, and so is their MRI scan (GE Signa Voyager I think - I don’t know if they have several). It is situated in a kind of outbuliding, but you wait before the process in a very nice space where there is water, toilet, comfortable chairs and sofas, beautiful environment etc. The scanner itself is quite wide, actually a bit like an open scanner, not a narrow tube. It is also white and looks like a friendly spaceship. Actually, this is what I was imagining: that I was flying to another planet, and it would be a pity to miss it just because of feeling afraid. I took a small doze of tranquillizer in advance (discussed this with my doctor of course). My husband was allowed to be near me in the room, so it greatly helped too. Can be a good idea to ask your significant other or a friend to be near you. I told the doctors that I could get claustrophobic, and everyone was very nice and gentle to me, so many thanks for this! They also put me into the scanner with my feet forward, meaning that my head was not fully inside, I could see around a bit, could see my husband etc. (won’t work of course if you have to have a head scan). There is also a lovely picture with green forest on the wall which is also very calming. The process itself goes in stages: I had 40 seconds of scan first, then 2 minutes, then 6 and 6 minutes, and then again 2 minutes. I think, as it is not one long strech, it is more manageable. You have headphones and the doctor tells you what to expect next. You can also ask to have a break or stop it at any point, and you have a button for this in one hand. So at no point you are alone or isolated. It is a bit noisy and you have to lie still, but it is sort of OK and the headphones make it quiter. On the whole, it went much better than I had expected! Around the centre there is much greenery and a generously spaced parking. Good luck to everyone!”

“I was referred to Mr Soleymarni after a polyp removal biopsy showed abnormal cells for a total hysterectomy. Upon meeting everything was very clearly explained, he was happy to answer any questions we had. Although feeling vulnerable I felt very safe in his hands. Whilst I was concerned about having lengthy surgery the fact is the professionalism of Mr Soleymarni and his team was outstanding and I always felt looked after. The aftercare was excellent with check ups from Mr Soleymarni and his team exceeding expectations.Very professional and brilliant at his job. His Private Secretary Zoe is great and very efficient exactly what you need.”
