I went in unsure of exactly what I wanted, but she helped guide me to the perfect style, and the result was even better than I expected. Her attention to detail is amazing. She made sure each nail was shaped perfectly and smooth, and the polish application was flawless. I’ve been to other nail salons before, but Tracy genuinely stood out—she was gentle, precise, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Even the way she applied the cuticle oil and gave a light hand massage at the end made the whole experience feel relaxing and luxurious. What I also appreciated was how clean and organized her station was. She used sanitized tools, wore gloves, and was very mindful of hygiene throughout. It really shows that she cares about both the work she does and the comfort and safety of her clients. It’s been a few days since my appointment, and my nails still look fresh and glossy, without a single chip or flaw. I’ve already received several compliments, and I’ve been telling everyone about Tracy at Kim’s Nails.
