What truly made our experience exceptional was the host, Joe. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout. When we had some trouble finding the check-in instructions, Joe responded immediately and guided us through everything without delay. He really went the extra mile to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay — and we truly appreciated that personal touch. The apartment itself was nice, comfortable and well-equipped. While the cleanliness of the kitchen could have been slightly better (fridge shelves and some kitchen cupboard doors and handles needed a little wipe), it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Despite that minor issue, I would still rate this stay a full 5 stars without hesitation, would definitely stay again!”
