“Exceptional service! I bought a new integrated washing machine. The guys in the shop gave me lots of advice and did not rush me into a decision. I had the machine installed within a few days. Unfortunately there was a problem (not their fault) and after trying twice to resolve the problem I was able to choose another machine. The level of service has been exceptional from start to finish and I will be recommending Eastwood Domestics all the way Thank you”

“I found The Little Kitchen Factory while browsing for local independent kitchen suppliers. I subsequently found out that most find them by word of mouth recommended. We are so pleased that we used this lovely little business, they more than met our initial vision and far surpassed our expectations on delivery and completion. We had looked at Howdens, Wren and other independents however none came close to what The Little Kitchen Factory offered and delivered. The transformation from our previous small dingy kitchen and dining room to the bright, light, well appointed space is remarkable. All this is down to this local business where passion and customer care are not just strap lines on a flashy advertisement. Under Paul the director, who truly takes time to address any unexpected issues, there is a talented team who all in turn apply their skills and knowledge to produce a top class product. John in sales is fantastic, patiently listens to the customer’s idea, to then guide them through a far better solution! No pressure, just years of understanding his trade and knowledge, with a keen eye to envisage the very best options for a limited space. The fitting team were brilliant, Daz and Harry undertook the bulk of the work. Daz was extremely helpful and his attention to detail ensures a very high quality finish. Thank you so much for the care you took and the extras you kind carried out. I cannot find fault with this business, this post does not come near explaining the customer care delivered. Make them a top priority to visit as you start your new kitchen search. You will not be disappointed. “Had a meal here, massive BMTH fans. The restaurant is 100% vegan, out of the 6 of us only 2 were vegans, usually when I have vegan food it's "ok" at best, but this was different. I had the hex mex, one of the best burgers I've ever had, even the fries tasted better than normal - but they're just fries, how is this possible? Out of the other 5 people, 1 said it was she best burger he's ever had, and the other 4 all said its some of the best food they've ever had. The place itself is aesthetically pleasing and the music being played was very much to our taste, everything was clean and tidy. Only knocked 1 star off service because somewhere along the line they managed to forget mine and a friends meal and we had to wait 20 minutes for it, but we didn't care because the food was that nice I didn't care, I was munching on my wife's waffle fries and a friends nachos while I was waiting, swallow the food almost orgasmicslly.”

“Cannot Fault Howdens at all. From the first measure up visit to delivery of our kitchen, the team at Mansfield Woodhouse depot have been spot on. Our dream kitchen was expertly Designed by Shaun and he really took on board everything we wanted and came up with some brilliant space saving ideas! Any problem has quickly and efficiently dealt with, they even held the kitchen until we were ready for it and delivered it the day our Kitchen fitter asked for! We really cannot thank them enough!”

We have to thank Darren for his patience, support, flair and professionalism. He designed us a beautiful kitchen. Even before the building works had been started. He got everything millimetre perfect and by working sensitively and proactively with us and the builder, he helped us turn chaos into beauty. Would not hesitate to highly reccomend.
