“Couldn't speak higher of how pleasant my interaction with one of the mechanics was this morning. I was bringing my car in for a minor issue. He was very pro active in hopping in the car with me. Showing where I had been going wrong and sending me on my way without a charge. 10 out of 10 service. I'll be going here for all my car work moving forward!”

“Those guys are the best mechanics I ever met. I booked my BMW with kwit fit, unfortunately they found issue and could not fix but recommended to go here. German car clinic booked car in, even I asked them to look and possibly replace active bottom grill as it stopped working. The price was very very good compare to price from dealer and it had been fixed in the same day as they booked car in. If you are looking for decent service for your car, with those guys you are in the best hands. I would come back again if I would need something for sure! Also staff are friendly. You will never make mistake to visit and ask for help with your car!”

“Prior to coming here I had taken my Dewalt core drill to another repair shop (Turner Hire) and the man behind the counter wasted 20 - 30 minutes of my time telling me how my drill wasn’t any good and how difficult it would be and a headache to replace the chuck, he told me it wouldn’t be worth it to fix and that I wouldn’t get it back for about 4-5 weeks. I called here and spoke to the gentleman and was told to bring it in for inspection, he told me how much it would cost give or take on the day to fix. I asked him if it would be an issue to replace my chuck and he replied “I haven’t failed to take one off yet” It was a nice relief the great attitude and customer service compared to the previous shop I had been to. I don’t really write reviews but on this occasion I couldn’t be more happier as I received my drill 3/4 days later. I have used the drill and it works like new and the price was more than reasonable what I paid to have it fixed. He made it clear that if the drill wasn’t worth repairing he’d let me know before he did anything to it. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you.”

“Hi I am absolutely delighted with the products I have bought from you, the service and the speed of delivery. And I will keep looking at your site for ideas and products which suit my needs. thank you for having such a great range of items, makes life interesting. Can I say that I have found some of the text describing, each item may need a read through as I found some confusion, maybe on my part but I'm reading them and do not necessarily understand. For example 1, I only realised after purchase of the mood lighting it says ....For vehicles without 'footwell' lights. My vehicle does have footwell lights, so I may have made a mistake, but I ask why are they only for vehicles without footwell lights (which could be added to the description) As I would like them to work for me, i think they are cool. Example 2, I purchased the engine cover which is described for the T6 and T6.1, a very clear description. No problem. Then when I got the confirmation email of my purchase, which said it couldn't be altered, it said engine Cover T6. So I immediately panicked thinking I'd ordered the wrong item (mine is a T6.1). So thought well what the heck I've made another mistake. I'll live with it. So perhaps it may be useful to review some items and ensure too they tally up with the order confirmations. “Had all but given up on my old vengeance, thought it had bit the dust, was torn between buying a new bike or getting the old one fixed. Sarah suggested I bring it in for a health check, which I did. All done while I was there, conclusion was my bike wasn’t that bad and just needed some TLC. Booked the bike in for a service, a few things replace and others tweaked by I believe Annie, the bike rides like brand new and didn’t cost anywhere near the price of a new bike! Wish I had taken before and after photos.”

Had a battery change to my Golf GTE and it turned out to not be straight forward Staff were calm and helpful getting to the bottom of the problem and working out what was needed. “Top service. Just drove in, requested 4 wheel alignment, said initially won't be able to do the back as bolts may snap, however once the car was up on the ramp and inspected they said they'd have a go at it. Mentioned I'm happy for just the front however they wanted to try and so I mentioned at you're own risk. They took the risk and managed to aligne all 4 wheels for an Xdrive. Can't fault the lads there, definitely will be going back to them even if it means having to travel bit further.”

“Ive used this Halfords twice in the last year. The first time my late father in law van had a timing belt issue and whilst we figured out as a family what we were doing Halfords were very patient and allowed the vehicle to stay on site due to it being inoperable, they also cut in half the diagnostic charge as they were unable to fix. Secondly took my own car down for a diagnostic, given reasonable information and advice but not charged as could not be specific for the cause. Appreciated that. Staff are friendly and understanding.
