The vehicle was collected from my work address, communication from staff through the process was excellent with updates. The vehicle has been repaired to a high standard. Bumper replaced with genuine parts and not repaired. The vehicle was then delivered back to my work address and it was clean. Even the extra details of the plastic sheeting on the seat and paper on the footwear goes to show Alton are very considerate and respectful of customers cars.
