“Use this Branch as it is our local branch. Have to wait at times due to it being used by people from outer districts. Probably understaffed also. BUT the staff are professional and friendly. e.g. when I was recently having building work done and required to withdraw sums of money for the builder the counter staff asked questions that I realised were for my protection. I was impressed by this. Happened on the 3 occasions I made requests of different staff. Recently had some account contact with a staff member who again was efficient and courteous.”
