“A store with good and cheap products!”
“10/10 for the Norton team. I was really worried with the cyber attack that my wedding cake wouldn't arrive. The food time made my order a priority and the order was there in store this morning as promised. The team at Norton were lovely in making sure I had everything I needed. Absolutely outstanding customer service.”
“Love this store! Very bright, spacious and with lovely, professional staff.”
“Lovely place polite friendly staff”
“Always a good variety on both floors. Nearly every time I've been, I found a good bargain. Staff are helpful, and a reasonable pricing structure”
“LOVE going into Boyes! It's a consistently well stocked 'all-round' store, with amazingly competitive prices. Have recommended it countless times to family and friends since at least 2016. FAULTLESSLY well stocked, very well displayed seasonal sections. GREAT value, BRILLIANT range of stock - from toiletries, clothing & footwear, first-aid essentials, and baby care, to stationary, reading and activity books for all ages, art&crafts, haberdashery, seasonal collections, DIY essentials (tools, repair parts, paints, varnishes, etc), even fishing tackle (including rods, floats, hooks, lures and more), to pet care, homewares such as food storage, small appliances, kitchen gadgets and cooking essentials AND MORE!!”
“Always best place to shop for budget friendly purchases. Great collections and good staff- situated in city centre, sheffield”
“Atkinson's is one of Sheffield's gems, situated on The Moor. It's an independent department store that's been around for over 150 years. They've got all the usual department store products for your home such as clothes, soft furnishings, kitchenware, electricals, luggage, fragrances, gift items etc. Some may think it's old fashioned and I would agree, but only in the sense that it caters for shoppers in a personal way which seems to have been lost these days. Staff are always polite and available (but not pushy), allowing you to browse at your own pace. The only compromise they've made is to have concessions such as Grape Tree, Nankivells and Caffe Massarella but they fit in well. I visited one of their eateries, Angelica's Tea and Cake, upstairs which has a great selection of savoury and sweet items to have with a range of drinks. They cater for a variety of diets and, when I spoke to them about their gluten free options, they were very friendly and knowledgeable leaving me feeling confident about dining there. Atkinsons’s has outlived former rivals in Sheffield, so it's doing something right!”
“Gets me what i need, always has offers and one inna while i stock up innsome hidden gems.”
“Great place I find it reasonably priced just depends on what you want but we use the one in Mablethorpe on a regular basis as we have a caravan at Skegness and it's a nice change of scene if you're near one check it out.”
“Friendly staff! Lidl on price. They have food for any grocery budget. I love the deluxe range. I can't wait for inflation to end so that I can afford the deluxe range again.”
“Kids wellie boots on sale be4 new stock put out.”
“Didn't find what we went in for but came out with things we wanted, nice bit of friendly banter with the staff.”
“Nice quality food and good choice”
“Good value friendly staff will visit again”
“I used the lift for my party of 3people to visit upstairs area of next, made a couple of purchases from the sale shelfs, found the lady on the till very pleasant & jolly to say she was having to work on boxing day ! ..we then went across into costa for a cuppa, which was quite busy, counter serving staff were very pleasant & even later gave table service delivery with our toasts & tea cake order after our drinks were made ! .....Only down side was the rude lady pensioner with a walking stick who barged in & set up camp on 1 of the 2 tables we already had wile i was @ the counter , forcing 3 of us round a table for 2 with our drinks ,luckily a larger table for 3 came available for us to move before the hot food arrived , why do these old folk think they have the rite over everyone else who's younger ? it beats me how rude & arrogant they can be .”
“The main supermarket is very good. Loads of parking. Very well stocked, produce is fresh. Plenty of pleasant helpful staff around to help. It is my local store and is well serviced by public transport. Access friendly with house wheelchairs available if required. Children's trolleys to help teach toddlers about shopping(!). All facilities available, Timpsons, café, lottery on the tobacco stall (though can be a busy checkout on lottery days with only 1 assistant. Clean and tidy.”
“I've always loved coming here to buy presents for family. They have lovely ornaments and home accessories and lots of nice clothes.”
“Fantastic country park lots of activities such as paddleboard canoeing bicycle hire. Great fir walking round as there are 2 lakes to walk round. 2 good cafés”
“Easy access with lifts, stairs and escalator to upper floor where there is a cafe and toilets. All the usual clothing lines plus a very good food hall with lots of variety and vegetarian, and gluten free food options. Staff are friendly and very helpful.”
“The staff are always very polite and friendly, good quality food, and a good range of products.”
“Lots nice clothes for baby. But some missing sizes”
“Always been a great little shop. I can't understand the bad reviews about them closing down? It's not like they chose to and of course there won't be much left. Very strange.”
“A good shop for the older woman, good selection of children's clothing. I may be a pensioner but still like to dress as a younger woman.. Next is a good shop for me, can have popular clothing and not feel like mutton dressed as lamb! Prices reasonable and there is a selection for 'petite' woman. Be it spring, winter, autumn or summer I always find fashionable clothes I like. Their on line shopping is easy and quick.”
“Good bargains, really good for kids clothings.”
“A really great store! I live around 25 miles away and have a M&S withing walking distance but this store has such a vast and delicious array of foods. I will return one day!!!”
“Large selection of ladies, men's & children clothing.”
“The staff are always friendly and helpful. Like most charity shops it's a hit and miss but most times for me it's a hit. Fran is lovely, blunt and to the point.. Dan is a sweet heart and very friendly and always offering a helping hand.”
“Really happy with the customer service we received this morning at Clinks in meadowhall. My husband and I visited for our 10 month olds first pair of shoes and were served by Alicia who was so kind and attentive, the perfect kind of person you'd want for such a memorable event in your child's life. The rest of the staff members tending to other customers seemed very pleasant in passing too! The shop itself also had a great range of shoes to cater for our son's questionably awkward feet! Will definitely be returning and also recommending to others!”
“Just like to say a big thank you to the staff at the ollerton store for going out there way . Went in to buy some trainers but there was only one size 7 in the box the store took my name and phone number. Said they would ring me if they found it .so 3 days later I had a phone call to say it had been found so I got the trainers I wanted thank you”
