He was able to ease my concerns and took the time to explain everything about the medications, ensuring I understand how to take them and answering any questions I may have. Their attention to detail and knowledge about different treatments is exceptional and it was all explained in clear manner. Not mentioned their kindness and patience. Even after having to (unfortunately) visit quite often, they always remember my name which makes the experience ever more so personal. Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough.”

Yes, it's difficult to get an appointment but talking to friends and relatives this seems to be a common theme throughout GP surgeries and not just this one. I fear this is just a reflection on the NHS as a whole and not the individual surgeries. Every doctor I've seen has been patient, understanding and helpful and I've come away reassured that everything that could be done has been done. Obviously other people out there may have had bad experiences but I can honestly say that all my visits have been extremely positive.”
