“Great little shop with newspapers confectioners tobacconist alcohol general shopping fresh vegetables and a sub Post Office which does many of the things that the main Post Offices do. Convenience store prices for the most part but they do have some really good offers from time to time and open everyday till late at night it's an absolute must for the village”
“Shop fine but expensive. Had Sunday lunch for months good food good, good portion size. Whats gone wrong. That portion was bearly enough for a child let alone a man. Time to rethink. We won't be coming back.”
“What a breath of fresh air, had car problems and stopped here, nothing they could as a service station or convenience store except restore my faith in human nature. The young man on the checkout said he’d keep an eye on my car which I had to leave overnight but special mention to Steph who went above and beyond to try help me on my way …… most grateful for your help…..”
“Top service from both Manager and Pharmacist. Went in as id run out of medication and the manager, Lauren, sorted me an emergency supply within minutes. Asked the pharmacist, Amit, to look at my daughter’s face too as she has a sore and within 5 minutes we were on our way with my emergency meds and antibiotics for my daughters.”
“Love USC. Great range of brands an items to buy. Always have offers on and the stock is usually very good”
“Great team at well pharmacy (forest town) the staff are polite, welcoming and always happy to help, prescriptions are processed quickly, and nothing is too much bother, even though it is clear that they are very busy.”
“I usually shop at Aldi, but over time I end up with a list of stuff they don't sell. Popped into co-op and they had it all, cardamon pods, sesame oil, fresh lasagne sheets. Great range for a small supermarket.”
“Always nice to pop in the Tesco for breakfast, used to go to Sainsbury's but they have closed. The restaurant has recently been refitted and looks nice and airy, with plenty of seating and free WiFi. I usually stop in the restaurant while my other half does the shopping and we meet at the till.”
“Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. It's a reliable shop and it always feels clean/tidy.”
“Nice sized store with a great selection of various products from fresh bread and fruit to cereals and frozen foods. Located in the St Peters retail area and free parking for about 40 minutes. Great to pop in for those freezer items and other offers they regularly have available. Shopping trolleys are also available for bigger shops.”
“Thank you so much for your help today. Managing someone with dementia can be difficult but you brought my mum's prescription to the car so i knew she was safe. Thanks again.”
“Bit busy but aren't all the pharmacies these days”
“Great service and very friendly staff.helped us out to save money.”
“Had the honour of visiting this store last week and what a pleasure it was too!! All staff encountered were super pleasant & helpful - not least Nathan. It is heartwarming to receive this level of service & warmth especially from a Charity shop where a lot of the staff do the job voluntarily. I sure will be stopping off there whenever am in Mansfield again. Well done to you all, keep up the good work - It doesn't go unnoticed!”
“I deliver to this shop always bring me a cup of tea out as its usually my last store, so i can have my break!”
“I've used this pharmacy for the last few years and always had great service. The staff have always been helpful when little issues happen and provided explanations when things have gone wrong. I can't quite believe some of the negative reviews on here - show a little patience, life's busy and too short to get bent out shape over a little time spent in the chemist.”
“After reading poor reviews I was sceptical about this company, however I received exactly what I ordered to my front door, 48hrs after ordering. No issues. Top service. Would use again and felt it just to give honest and positive review.”
“My wife went here today and was advised and treated, given medication with PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS & COMPASSION! His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used. "I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!" I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness. End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.”
