Tooth doesn't hurt anymore, got saved from extraction and I have been taken in as a patient with a very high speed (unfortunately not an NHS one, although that seems to be the case everywhere - there's a 4 years waiting time for an NHS dentist). Thanks tho, the service was very professional!”

“This is mainly for Dr Ayinippully. I have been through a lot with finding out what is wrong with me, and this woman is a SAINT. She is a huge credit to herself. I am a 16 year old girl and ever since I first step foot into the clinic, she has gone above and beyond to make sure every tiny little intricate detail goes checked. Let me have a massive cry in her office, was ridiculously kind and overall a pleasure. I have never met such a pleasant, lovely doctor. Your child will be under AMAZING care with her. Thank you so much for all you have done for me (and continue to do), I am gutted I am too old to be under your service now haha. Brilliant doctor!!!!”

“My wife and I have been using this dental surgery for around ten years and have always enjoyed a great service throughout. We've built a trusted rapport with our regular dental surgeon and every one of the reception staff have always been very kind, friendly, helpful and understanding. We have complete confidence in this very patient-oriented service and can say in all honesty that we've never had the slightest cause for complaint, for any reason. We're very surprised to see negative comments from some patients, who've unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. We're confident that these must be very rare occurrences. My wife's Periodontitis and my Radiotherapy for throat cancer (which severely damaged my teeth and gums) means that we've probably both had considerably more dental work than average, particularly over the last three or four years, and continue to be extremely grateful for the quality service we've always received. We recommend 'mydentist' without hesitation.”

“My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”

I was kept quickly up to date regarding my request and telephoned within 2 hours to be offered a same day appointment which was totally satisfactory.”

“The new e-triage system is so helpful if you are a busy person and can't spend ages waiting in phone queues. I submitted my problem and the GP called me back really quickly to discuss and write a prescription. I had a problem with the prescription at the chemist and when I went into the surgery the receptionist was polite and really helpful and the prescription was resent within minutes. I have found the GPs compassionate about my mental health and other problems. A bit hard to get an appointment soon for routine things, but I'll be using the Klinic system in future if I feel I need to book sooner than the available online appointments as it seems like it works well.”

We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day.
