He has released trapped nerves and also explained why I was having migraines. Since implementing his advice I have had no further migraines and the daily exercises enable me to keep as loose as possible throughout the day. I would recommend a regular 6 week maintenance with Lee because its great value for money and there is a great feeling of pressure release when my bones are cracked (make the popping sound)”
