Well let’s start by saying the friendly service you are given from the owner of the shop to the guys who deliver on time to you your day choice they can’t do enough to help so friendly I’ve now had several pieces 13 in total the items that needed building the owner spent hours building for me the man hours it must taken all done to high standard realy went above and beyond He not only does that the aftercare is always there if needed I can’t recommend this place enough and it’s the first place I look when I’m looking for new furniture thanks so so much guys be back soon Debbie of pinfold xx added my newest purchase”

“Vogue Flat pack kitchen in cashmere gloss We Ordered a Vogue Flat pack Kitchen from Wren in august in cashmere gloss and have to say we are so pleased with it. The whole process with wren has been seamless from the design stage to the kitchen being delivered. We did have a couple of doors that were chipped and new ones were sent immediately and when we came to fit the worktops we noticed one had a scratch right in the middle and the other had a chip. After a quick call to wren replacements were sent and with me within a few days. We would definitely recommend wren not only for our value for money kitchen, but there customer service.”

“A brilliant personalised & friendly service! We ordered a corner sofa from the helpful & knolagable owners, who offer a hand made to order service. We got to not only choose the fabric of the sofa/cusions we also go to choose the size, height of frame, feet, finishing details, amount of scatter cushions and delivery options. The sofa arrived a few weeks later and it's now the focal point of our room - we get lots of lovey comments from guests. I would definitely recommend their service.”

“This is a very large tesco near Mansfield. The car park is very large so there is no problem parking. The shop itself has a large section of different types of products, including fresh food, clothes, electrical goods, and homeware. The products for sale are generally good quality and the prices are competitive.”

“A few weeks ago I took my elderly parents to buy a washing machine and we were bowled over by the service. (They’ve not stopped raving about it since, hence the review posted at their request). The guy listened, and was polite and informative without being pushy. He’s been there for years - I remember he sold me my TV years ago and stopped me from making a big mistake with a surround sound. “lf I could give ten stars I would. Telephoned shop at 9 am phone engaged but Jeremy phoned me back without me leaving a message. Very polite very helpful. Explained that we had an elderly relative over 100 years old who was advised by a national spectacle company he needed a new TV as his remote did not work and his hearing aids did not work. Jeremy offered to go out that afternoon and have a look. He promised to phone me in the afternoon to report findings. He did just that fixed the remote all done in a day. Excellent service extremely pleasant and did not want to rip us off. We need more retailers like this. Would not hesitate to buy from here. Thanks Jeremy”
