“Excellent and professional staff”

“This is my 2nd time visiting the practice, to see Diane for a clean-up. Both times, Diane & Sarah have been an absolute credit to the organisation. Professional, yet so friendly, caring, and reassuring - and extremely helpful & informative. I am not a registered patient with the practice, but I do prefer to come here as a private patient for a clean-up because of this amazing service. On both occasions I have had the airflow clean, which is quite expensive, but absolutely worthwhile. My teeth have never looked or felt so good! I have moved areas and now live 30 miles away, but will still continue to come here to see Diane for a clean because of the service I've had on both previous occasions. All of the other staff are really friendly and helpful too. Marvellous!”

“I tend to visit the store quite regularly and would suggest the store itself is in a good location in town but fairly unremarkable in its set up, following the same kind of layout and style you'd see in any of their stores. Average prices and availability generally good but obviously less reliable on release dates or around christmas. However the staff at this branch are really good. I'm not sure if I've ever talked to the same person twice there but they've always been very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to share their opinions with me on games to try and just generally chatty and friendly when at check out. Even when I've been in at Christmas when its nuts they've still been very friendly and asked if I've needed help. To summarise, the branch is just like any other in terms of pricing, availability and layout which makes it unremarkable- worth about 3.5 stars. The staff are what makes this branch stand out and justifies a 5 star rating. Good work.”

“Joanne is the sweetest and best hairdresser In the world. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through what she was doing with my hair and why. I have curly and had a horrible botched haircut which managed to fix!”

“Sofia joined Stagecoach when she was 8 years old and found her tribe! The staff and the students are so supportive and friendly and have welcomed and encouraged Sofia to reach for the stars. The weekly lessons and holiday clubs give her a real insight into the world of musical theatre and acting, as well as making some wonderful friends. Sofia has been given opportunities to perform with the touring production of Joseph, audition for West End performances, perform in a whole school show at the Octagon and be involved in local events like the Christmas Lights switch on in Sheffield; she has also learnt so much from the professionals who deliver the technical workshops. Sofia absolutely loves being at Stagecoach and her confidence has soared since being there. Debbie and the team bring the absolute best in her and I'm so proud of what she is able to accomplish with their support. Thank you to Debbie, Sam, Rowan and James and all the other wonderful people who work alongside you - you are all amazing and I can’t wait to watch this year’s performances and hear all about the amazing time she spends with you all on a Saturday afternoon. If your child is interested in dance, drama or singing and you want a school that nurtures, supports and encourages your child and provides them with wonderful opportunities, I couldn’t recommend Stagecoach Sheffield any higher!”

“Emma spent a considerable amount of time talking to me about how to manage my nerve pain condition, even though she recognised quite early in the conversation that she may not be able to help my specific situation physically and the best option was to focus on more cognitive solutions. I've seen a lot of private physios/consultants/pain specialists over the years and i could tell within five minutes that she clearly has the best understanding of chronic pain/thr nervous system that i've come across. Really kind to help me so much and for being so honest about the kind of help I need. Thank you !”

“Dr Lee has cured a stomach problem for my son over a very short period of time. We had previously seen several doctors and a specialist and he had had numerous medical tests, blood tests etc but without any success getting to the bottom of the problem. Dr Lee looks at the whole body and how everything works together. During the first session he worked out what the problem was and then began treatment. Our son is back in great health and doing really well with his sports again. Very glad that we went to see Dr Lee and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Went in to the Meadowhall store today(18/12/24) & was greeted by an extremely pleasant member of staff. Immediately she met my needs & was very efficient, She was so helpful & informative & answered all my questions about a pair of Ugg boots. She was also extremely patient with me because I was undecided. I left the shop to have a think about the boots. I decided to return to the shop & make my purchase. I headed straight to the lovely member of staff who I dealt with before & she remembered me straight away & what I wanted to purchase. The girl who served me was called Kira. She is an asset to this company. Thank you Kira. I also had a brief conversation with Maddie at the till, who was also very pleasant.”
