I had to phone my GP practice and they admitted they had mistakenly prescribed them. His staff are all very helpful. If I forget to order on time that is my mistake but they always try to help me. The amount of abuse and rude customers I have witnessed while in the pharmacy always astounds me. You do not get this level of knowledge care and understanding with a chain pharmacy you only get this with your local pharmacy I would never go anywhere else”
