They go over and above for their customers especially their regulars . I have two large dogs who have been on raw food since they were 8 weeks . They are healthy, with good coats and strong teeth . What more could you want for your dogs . Would highly recommend .”

“I had to take my boy skip to the lincoln branch this morning to send him on his final journey. I was a total mess. The receptionist took me straight into a room with skip and the head vet, Sam, came straight through to see me. He was kind and compassionate and treated both me and skip with the utmost respect and dignity. He made the whole process much more bearable and once it was over they left me to grieve with skip for as long as I needed. When it came to the financial side of things it was far less expensive than I was expecting. I had never used this surgery before but I would highly recommend it.”

“Took JJ to get his claws cut for the first time expecting much drama from a cat who only does things on his terms. Very apprehensive for the nurses anticipating cat screams and hissing. Five minutes later he was back and all done and apparently behaved lovely (you traitor JJ!!). Very happy with this clinic and can thoroughly recommend.”

“Lovely team, great vets and surgeons. I will be forever grateful for everything they did for my dog. After all his surgeries he had to be put to sleep, we were put in a lovely room separate from a vet room. The vet was nice and the nurse that came in after he had passed was so gentle and lovely, we collected some fur together and did his paw prints, although he was very large they kept him wrapped in his favourite blanket to be collected by the crematorium person. Such lovely, kind and caring people! Thank you from me and my boy, you made the hardest days of my life as easy as they possibly could have been!”

“I took my 11 month old german shepherd to the groomers for the first time and the staff there were absolutely fantastic, the same can be said for all the staff at this branch. I could tell from the start that they genuinely care about the animals as my dog won't even let us touch her paws to trim her nails however the groomers had no issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be bringing her back.”

She was absolutely amazing – friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking for flea treatments, and Susan pointed out that the one we usually buy wasn’t actually the most effective. She took the time to explain the differences and recommended a better option that actually saved us money too! “The staff at the Cortonwood store are knowledgeable and more than happy to help with queries. It is a decent sized store with plenty of choice. If I am unable to get exactly what I am looking for, there is usually an alternative product available. The store is nice and clean, when a pup has an accident, it is cleaned up quickly without any fuss”
