No huffs or puffs about being called away from other work. I was called as soon as the surgery was over to let me know he was coming round. Very attentive.”

“Been here quite a few times, sometimes just for coffee, other times had pizza and breakfast, (not at the same time!). Each time the food has been absolutely excellent. I'm not really a pizza fan but these are on a par with ones I've had in Italy. My only gripe, and it doesn't just apply to here, many places do it and I've never understood it, and that is (referring to the English breakfast) why do you cook and provide such great food yet ruin it by supplying the most awful, cheap and nasty brown and red sauce. If it's a cost thing, why not just add 50p to each breakfast and get proper HP Sauce and Heinz Tomato Ketchup? Really, really baffles me!!”

“We adopted a British bulldog last year from a rescue centre and she was on a raw diet. Since then she became unwell (Not due to the raw meat) and had to be put in a specific food for a few months. I’m happy to say that she is on the mend and we will be returning to continue her on a raw meat diet as instructed by our vets. Staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.”

“Love Groom with a View! The team are brilliant and really know my dog – even with so many dogs in their care, they always know exactly who I’m collecting without me having to say a thing. They take such good care of the dogs, and I love that they have air con and paddling pools in the summer to keep them cool. My dog is always excited to go in and comes home tired and content. “Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting. Will definitely recommend to others if anyone needs a taxi company in future.”

“Wow. The food is amazing. So many lovely options. Travelled from Lincoln to enjoy this. And it did not disappoint. It's now a favourite of mine and my eldest son. Spend a bit more money than do usually however it is more than worth it. The staff have been amazing every time we have been in and very accommodating too. The atmosphere of the place is amazing and gives good vibes. Able to book in advance online to secure a seat which I advise as sometimes it's packed full with a qué if people waiting.”
