“I have been a member of Nuffield Gym (Sheffield) for a number of years, the gym has everything I need and has great amenities. I have had the privilege of having Patrick Muirhead as my personal trainer for the last few years, I have had many PTs over the years, but Patricks knowledge and ability are exceptional, and his ability to explain the ‘why’ behind each exercise really helps my understanding and how to incorporate this into my own sessions. He has offered cardio, circuits, weights and CrossFit exercises to name a few into the programmes, each session is hard but a great sense of achievement afterwards. I had a medical setback and needed my ACL reconstructed and Patrick’s knowledge and I would say skill at building an increasing developing programme to support my recovery. This has had a really positive impact on my confidence. Patrick will challenge you in each session which is positive, sometimes my aches the following days are noticeable. He has a great sense of building programmes tailored to each persons ability and has ‘quite’ the sense of humour. I have really enjoyed my sessions. Patrick is flexible and adaptable and I really do endorse Patrick as a highly skilled and personable personal trainer, I know that my sessions will be personalised, challenging and enjoyable.”

“I took my LO (4 months) to the toddler swim for the first time today and we loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for - a lovely warm pool! There was a lovely swim teacher on hand to help with anything and couldn't do enough for us which made us feel very welcome. There are also lots of baby swim toys to use which was great.”

“Lived in this place for a year now. Had it’s ups and downs when moving into the building, however that was expected seeing as we were the first tenants in the flat. But when the new manager of the building took over, it changed a lot and things started to pick up and get fixed, he’s been helpful and a lot more organised at sorting the building issues out! Overall the flats are bright and well set out. The carparking area is secured and spacious and key fob accessed. It’s be a great place to live for my final year of uni!”

“We’ve had swimming lessons with Tanya at the Quays for just over a year, since my little boy was 4 months old. My little boy really enjoys his lessons and he’s built up so much confidence being in the water. Tanya is lovely, gives plenty of encouragement and explains the importance of learning the different water activities. The Quays has free on site parking and a big changing room with plenty of space to change your baby. Highly recommended!”

“Just had our last lesson with Swimbabes and Alex and I honestly can't recommend them enough! We started 6.5 years ago with George when my eldest was 10 weeks old, and continued when we had our youngest. Swimbabes are amazing, from the programme they teach to every member of staff you deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and both my boys finished the programme knowing how to safely behave in water and swim without floats. As a parent this key life skill they learn and also the memories and bond you get with the class is invaluable. I'm pretty sad that this experience is over and to any parent who is thinking about joining just do it. Nothing will replace the songs, the laughs and the cuddles.
