“Lived in this place for a year now. Had it’s ups and downs when moving into the building, however that was expected seeing as we were the first tenants in the flat. But when the new manager of the building took over, it changed a lot and things started to pick up and get fixed, he’s been helpful and a lot more organised at sorting the building issues out! Overall the flats are bright and well set out. The carparking area is secured and spacious and key fob accessed. It’s be a great place to live for my final year of uni!”

“Black Diamond Spas supplied and installed a fantastic hot tub at a very good price. The installation by Grant and Jamie that took place very late afternoon early evening, it had been delayed by a number of hours, this was through no fault of their own but the job before us had complications, nevertheless they were dedicated and got the job done. Grant and Jamie finished the installation to a high standard, so we've ended up with a quality product installed and left very tidy. Job done, we are very happy thank you Black Diamond Spas.”

“We have tried a few different places for swim lessons for my 4 year old son, who can become overwhelmed in noisy group environments. He can struggle sometimes with staying on task too. This place is perfect, everyone is so welcoming and professional. Every minute of the lesson is focused on the child and the lesson is adapted as required to keep it fun and interesting. My son has been taught by Debbie and Janet, both are so patient and nurturing. It’s clear to see they really enjoy what they do. We had two with different allergies and the catering staff were brilliant, would really recommend for a fun party idea, the team really look after everything and our daughter and her friends loved it!”

“When l flooded my car down the road after the storm this business helped me out. They offered me hot drinks,somewhere to dry my clothes and as there was no phone signal in the area they let me use their phones to make calls to recover the car, friend's,ect ect. I was not a paying guest or member but the lodge should not do enough to help me in my time of need,to all the staff that day l thank you all and you all are a credit to your company and and helping out someone broken down in the middle of nowhere on a day l would love to forget. “Fantastic place to be in! Looks small on the outside but perfect planning/space management on the inside. Maybe an extractor is needed in the cafeteria area as it can be too smell clustered sometimes but other than that? Fantastic. I also love that it has women only gym, and the equipment in there are fab! Specifically targets areas we ladies might need help toning.”

“Great location for family, brilliant water feature play area. Climbing frames, swings open space for picnics. Toilets, cafe and ice cream parlour, lovely walk arond the lake, fishing, lovely scenery. Free parking, well maintained paths, this place is great for all ages, and short or longer stays and relaxkng days.”

There was a moment when I thought there wasn't going to be enough room to get the tub through, but the guys sorted it out without drama. 100% recommend - top class service, they handle everything - i just stood there and watched them!”

“I have been staying with the pastures hotel for around 2/3 year through work purpose. I have to travel around 2/3 hours sometimes to get there, The staff are nothing but warm and friendly, they are always happy to help and super approachable. The rooms are always made up lovely, I have been fortunate to stay in a few of the suites, last one being the bridal suite which was absolutely amazing. Sometimes I can be there for a few weeks at a time, I have always felt the staff were very hospitable which is reassuring when you’re away for a while in an area you’re not totally familiar with. I’d like to mention that Sharon and Michelle in particular are a credit to the hotel and have always been super welcoming!”
