The staff are extremely helpful and there is an old world charm to the shop that is reminiscent of days gone by. I had a lovely morning shopping there with my daughter, punctuated by a visit to the charming cafe on the first floor. This is how shopping should and used to be. Well done Pettits, I'll be back.”

“I have been staying with the pastures hotel for around 2/3 year through work purpose. I have to travel around 2/3 hours sometimes to get there, The staff are nothing but warm and friendly, they are always happy to help and super approachable. The rooms are always made up lovely, I have been fortunate to stay in a few of the suites, last one being the bridal suite which was absolutely amazing. Sometimes I can be there for a few weeks at a time, I have always felt the staff were very hospitable which is reassuring when you’re away for a while in an area you’re not totally familiar with. I’d like to mention that Sharon and Michelle in particular are a credit to the hotel and have always been super welcoming!”

Maybe some of the bad reviews are the delivery company and not Monroe's. These delivery drivers pick up multiple orders from different outlets then deliver.
