I had a very bad impression of jd after visiting bournemouth and castepoint branches, and the idea came to me that jd is all bad, but after I went to jd boscom and dealt with its very good manager, I knew that not all jd branches are treated the same The Boscom manager is a very good and tactful person. The smile did not leave his face, not only with regard to my treatment, but there were 2 customers before me, with the same smile and the same good treatment.”

“I used to buy in Matalan several years ago then I moved house several times and it wasn't a shop near me and this time there is a nice shop one hour away from me but I like it very much We spent more time and money on what we wanted but we will shop here again as they have nice clothes and good prices. I like the size of the shop, easy to move around and the queue to try on your clothes doesn't exist so you don't waste time waiting. The cashier was polite and she took her time with us. All very good.”

Each class has been so engaging for her age from baby massage, to sensory play and there are always great songs and games. The class isn’t too big either which is lovely. It is our favourite class - thank you so much Vicky for your hard work and for being so welcoming. We always enjoy the different themes each week and look forward to attending many more classes in the future.”
