“The mamanager went above and beyond today. The staff are always kind and helpful and the shop always sells really amazing and interesting things but today the manager Simon went above and beyond. I unfortunately was being followed around Shirley and after walking into Oxfam a gentleman pointed the man out and after confirming I didn't know him he went to a member of staff and the manager Simon quickly and calmly asked if I wanted to sit in the back of the shop while I waited for my friend to pick me up just incase the man came in. He offered me coffee, teas, water and showd me where the toilets were just in case. He allowed me to stay back there while waiting for my friend and was so kind when I left. Thank you so much Simon I really appreciate what you did for me today and I'm sorry you were involved in such a thing.”

“A&A have provided a brilliant, professional and friendly service for the office move that I managed (50+ staff). All the furniture was disassembled and reassembled to expectations. The crates supplied were fit for purpose and in adequate quantity. Great time keeping and attention to detail. As well as arranging the physical move, A&A can source new furniture and assist with recycling unwanted items. Very strongly recommended”

Although in a town centre, there is a large carpark at the rear with a door opening directly into the store. This made it very easy to collect our purchase. Once without appointment to look at the prams and we were helped by a super friendly lady (can't remember the name but she had green contact lenses) who showed us all the different types of prams. Then the second time was our actual buy 4 baby appointment where we were helped by Janet who was also super friendly and helped us make our final decision on the pram. Overall very positive experience and we can't wait for the delivery.”

“I visited the Hedge End store to purchase a recliner and possibly an arm chair. It was raining when I pulled up, I went to open my car door and a smiling Kim was there to greet me with an umbrella! Kim and Rob were fabulous, so knowledgeable, no pressure and answered all my questions. They sent me away with a full brochure and sample Swatch to measure up. Two days later I went bank with my daughter, I was delighted to see Rob and Kim again. They remembered me and welcomed me into the store. My daughter and I spent time sitting on chairs and discussing my options. Kim and Rob were super helpful when we had questions, they were not pushy at all. After sitting on a number of sofas (and having a wonderful coffee made by Rob) I left the store very happy with my order - 2 arm chairs, a recliner and a three seat sofa! So much more than I'd intended to buy but the quality is superb. Kim and Rob jade the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. I did not feel rushed and was under no pressure to buy. I'd highly recommend this company and in particular the Hedge End branch!”
