“AMAZING!! I booked The old Parlour and Cow Shed to come with some of my closest friends to celebrate my 40th Birthday. The barns are beautiful and they have thought of all the tiny details. The bath house toiletries in particular smell incredible! They provided milk, tea and coffee to get us started as well as bath robes. We chose to add a booking on with Georgie and Co who came to the barns to provide us all with treatments.It was the best massage I’ve had in quite some time! I would highly recommend booking if you want to add some relaxation to your stay. I can’t wait to visit again! x”

“Really good experience as a tennant with these guys. Alex was super helpful in finding me the perfect place (despite not having anything when I first enquired), Terry who showed me round was super professional and just let me get on with it, not applying any pressure, and Caroline was responsive and efficient in handling all of the paperwork. I can’t speak of what they are like as property managers as in my case they were only acting as agents, but I can’t rate them highly enough as lettings agents.”

“Absolutely superb 4 day break at Alvaston Hall this week. The entertainments team were the very best I’ve seen at any of the Warner hotels. They work so hard not only on stage which was amazing but also all around the hotel keeping everyone entertained during the day. I wish them all well in the future, keep up the good work. To summarise , the room was clean and comfortable, food was very good, and the entertainment was second to none. We will definitely be back!!”

“Wonderful, wonderful bar. The DJ is out of this world!! Me and a couple of pals had dinner and drinks here on a Saturday night. I didn’t realise the place turns into a full blown nighty C after dark. Food was amazing, service too. But, the DJ was something else! Got chatting with the DJ who names himself ‘Joey the Axe’ (I think). He was brilliant. Read the room with his music, and was very very friendly. Played all of our requests without issue and made the night very special. Even gave me a lift home and walked me to my door!! I’ll never forget you Joey the Axe.”

“After a stressful Christmas arrived here , to see Claire on reception , her customer service was amazing nothing was to much trouble and it really did make a difference to my son and I , Lucy sorted more towels the room was spotless and they were so happy to help ,went over to grab food as we were starving Ian was really helpful and chatty and Jordan in kitchen did a great job , so Thankyou everyone but especially Claire hope you all have a great new year ! “On arrival we were greeted by Sarah, very approachable and accommodating. She explained clearly where we would find out room and even nipped to the Beefeater attached for a couple of fizz flutes as we had brought with us a couple bottles of fizz for the room. Thank you..”

“Came for a 'posh' fish and chips with my sister on Saturday afternoon. It was a Virgin gift voucher from my friends. We were seated straight away and all the staff were really lovely. Modern decor. The fish and chips were delicious and we also enjoyed the fizz that came with it. Great first impression of the place and we will certainly call in again. Thank you for a lovely time.”

“I have travelled to plenty of Premier Inns before. I met the receptionist Mary, a very warm and welcoming lady who made the visit quite pleasant, she is a star! I would recommend a makeover for the rooms. It sure is located in an ideal place”

The team were incredibly helpful with our booking, not just pointing us to a number or system, but actually taking the time to help and find a solution that worked for our family. That personal approach made such a difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, the spa is fantastic (exactly what we needed!), and breakfast was absolutely fab- great quality, plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a very family-friendly hotel where you genuinely feel looked after from start to finish. We’ve stayed before and will happily return again. Highly recommend for comfort, great service and a touch of luxury.”

“I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my bunny Hagrid to stay, and the same goes for all my previous rabbits. Chris and Bev are amazing with the rabbits and understand each Rabbits unique personality, and care for them with love and affection as if they were their pets too. My rabbit is what the vets class as fiesty and certainly likes things her own way and let's you know when she isn't happy. But Bev and Chris take this all in their stride and care for her amazingly. Hagrid also has a all veg and hay diet and that's no problem at all during her stay and they don't mind if I message them for an update, I also love receiving all the amazing videos of her stay with them. “The best and most relaxing break I've had. Our hosts thought of everything to make things easy, from the brew stuff already on site to the hot tub being ready as soon as we got there. A quiet and peaceful setting, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away.”

“It was a wild and windy night. Fabulous welcome entering the pub with 2 fires burning and excellent staff. The food offered was a good mix of traditional fare with some modern twists. Everything was homemade and tasty. Because of this, it is not a hurried experience. So enjoy.”
