I have to say I’ve never felt more relaxed and been offered a drink of water or coffee a very personal experience and Courtney was great friendly and very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do next and why. Her colleagues were very friendly and chatted while she was attending other customers before my appointment. I didn’t need my glasses changing but Courtney just showed me frames because I’d mentioned I might need to change my frames for deeper frames because of my recent skin condition.”

They helped arrange a blister pack for me and on top of that deliver my medicines for free! The pharmacist is very caring and I wouldn't know what I would have done without all she does for me. “My daughter has been coming to Hannah for swimming for about a year now. When she first started she was unsure but Hannah and her staff were extremely reassuring and helped my daughter to settle. Since then she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves her swimming lessons and is now a confident swimmer without armbands and floats. All the staff are very patient and clearly care about the swimmers in their care. The extra mermaid classes in the school holidays are great fun. Excellent communication and clearly expectations in terms of payment of fees and holding of places. Definitely recommend.”

“I was out in the Peak district riding the Roaches Revenge with a couple of friends, when part of the tyre came off the rim on a steep downhill section of the route. We were close to Leek and decided to get the tyre checked by Leek Cycle Solutions. The staff there were so helpful and the service was second to none. They replaced the tyre which allowed me to carry on safely with the route. I would highly recommend this friendly, helpful shop as without their expertise I would have been unable to carry on with the ride. A big thank you.”

“Medivet shawbirch are amazing, they saw my dog on short notice, multiple times and were friendly and informative. Eliza and Saski are both wonderful and caring and the people on the front desk are lovely, welcoming and chatty. However if they ever offer you an appointment with medivet oakengates DO NOT GO. Medivet oakengates was horrible service and treatment. I felt very pressured to get my dog neutered or have boas surgery and when said he would not be getting neutered i felt judged and pressured to consider it. When i said i didn't want too i was questioned as to why, its just preference. They made me feel like i was doing something wrong by not getting him done. this was funny as the medivet shawbirch advised against getting him done, and was polite about it. my dog does not need boas. i couldnt afford the tablets but felt forced to buy them as i felt i wouldnt be allowed to leave the practice with my dog if not, considering they said they would come to my house and take my dog if i didnt bring him in. will be moving vets now how dare you threaten to come to peoples houses. disgusting ruined my christmas eve and day. Not only this but now i feel forced to move vets. Thank you Shawbirch for all good you did do for myself and Gatti.”

“I am travelling to India with work so attended the travel clinic for a consultation and vaccinations. This trip is fairly short notice but the availability for consultation and vaccination at Muxton was excellent, and very quick and easy to book online. Mohammed has been very professional throughout. He had researched what I needed before my consultation, so was clear about what I could have at Muxton, and what I could have at the GP, which was helpful. I had my first vaccinations on Friday, and these were expertly given by Mohammad who put me at my ease beforehand. I had very little pain at the time of vaccination and have had no side effects. His follow up information has been as promised and I have my next appointment booked.”
