“We used the emergency service on the weekend to say goodbye to our beloved cat. The staff were very kind, we were extremely upset but they did everything they could to make the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. We really appreciated being given an appointment time and a private quiet area to say goodbye. We were too upset to say much at the time but the care and professionalism were much appreciated. “Shrewsbury sport village is an amazing place. As well as having a grey space for sports in the hall, bowling in the bowling centre, a large and small gym, spinning studio and box 12, it also has a lovely enclosed cycle track with bikes, outdoor courts and astro turf pitches. The staff as super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much for them in helping and supporting you. They have a lovely cafe area where you can have a drink and hot/cold food. They have an inclusive club they run for people with disabilities along with all inclusive bikes and the leader Paula along with the staff have created such a safe space for people it's just a pleasure to be there. Go along and see for yourself you won't regret it.”

Thirdly my post natal care was so good there was always someone available to look after me and my baby as I stayed there for two days . Thank you maternity unit at Telford it was great being in your care.”

“We used this vet with our previous dog. Dealt with all our issues during his lifetime and supported us when he passed. When we decided to get 2 pups they were our first choice, went yesterday for their first appointment. Vet gave them both the once over, told us of issues identified and the plan over the next few months. Great experience, they didn't flinch at jabs and got lots of strokes and love off the vet and the ladies at reception. Great place, can't not big them up enough!”

“We had a wonderful weekend with extended family staying in tents and safari lodges. The accommodation was fantastic, the lodges were luxurious, clean and spacious. The facilities were fabulous, particularly the biotop pool and the kids beach area. We had an age range of baby to 70s and there really was something for everyone. Plus all the staff were so helpful and nice, even collecting a birthday cake which had been incorrectly delivered for us. We will be back…highly recommended. Ty.”

“Took my daughter here today for the tots swimming session, its a lovely little pool, nice and warm and the changing area is adequate enough. I haven't used the gym facilities but from what I've seen it looks great for a quick workout. The staff were friendly and the place overall is great.”
