They are also rather anecdotal which shows a passion for outdoors activity and a practical know-how. The shop is also very well organised with a clear presentation of the different sections of items which means a quick shop is possible if you're needing to grab some essentials (which is something reflected in many Millets/Blacks outdoor shops). This shop also offers a student discount which is a massive help considering the costliness of certain items. All in all, a very handy shop which is well kept and well organised: I can't fault it”

“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”

Got a great pair of boots for winter. Well worth 5*. Went back at the end of December and service continued to be of the highest standard. Got a great pair of discounted boots. “I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item. I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through. When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad. This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided. At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“Lovely staff at the Buxton store, really helpful and great with measuring the kids feet. No pressure to buy new shoes as the shoes they have already still fit but it's great peace of mind to be able to have them checked every so often and we will be back here to buy new shoes when their feet have grown. Only criticism would be that the door was wide open on a very cold day which seems an odd policy. Hopefully this can change going forwards.”
