I used to give then a call to check if the prescription was ready to collect but have seen recently they ask you not to do this as it wastes their time. Instead they ask to put the request in a week before you need to collect, then just go in and collect. Which I'll be doing from now on. They are always very polite, friendly, and helpful when I do call.”

They found I had serious bowel problems that my other doctors fobbed of, saying it was IBS or bad stomach etc. I can honestly say Dr Yadava and his team may of saved my life, and for that I am truly grateful.
