“Fantastic experience here today. Not only do they allow dogs inside, they offer a bowl of water and have a doggy menu. The staff were great with our pup, saying hello but not over exciting her. The food was fab too. Will recommend and will be back.”

“I ordered fish n peas. It was very good. Crunchy batter at the ends of the fish & it was cod! Check out the pics. Hardly any of that horrible gooey white spongy stuff underneath the batter that you get at most chippies. Would I recommend &/or go again? Based on my experience, Absolutely...”

Driver made me aware straight away, apologised and said to keep the food and he would be back asap with my order freshly cooked. 15 minutes later he came back with my original order and the food was piping hot. Can't fault these guys service at all!!! Will 100% be going back again.”

“I ordered a pizza a few days ago and got to chatting with a lovely young lad called James at the door, it was brought up in conversation that i needed a kidney transplant urgently. James handed me the pizza and told me he had one more thing to give me, he then proceeded to rip out one of his own kidneys and surgically implanted it in me. He told me he’d love to stay and talk over a slice but had to get back to the shop in under 25 minutes so his manager didn’t shout at him. 100/10 customer service absolutely went above and beyond”

“Very helpful staff I ordered a pizza for the first time in 3 years and there wasn’t an option to add vegan cheese so I ordered and called them and they where happy to replace the regular cheese with vegan as I have a severe milk allergy and the pizza was amazing best I’ve had in a very long time thank you so much :) I will definitely be ordering again in the future!”

I also tried the chicken fillet, which was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The food arrived on time and was still warm, and the service was smooth and friendly. “Today at the meir park branch the staff went above and way beyond when my mum was taken poorly ( she is fine now) I hope the staff read this as they were excellent in their care and assistance to both my parents. My dad was looked after by the floor manager and a couple of lovely ladies finished putting his shopping through the till, packed it and took it to his car. They also arranged for a member of staff to follow me to my dad's as I needed to get back to my own car there. They helped him in and unpacked his shopping while I got him settled. Then drove me back to mum who was being seen to in the ambulance.! Amazing helpful caring and professional throughout. Thankyou”
