“I spent four years at this college and it is great. The lecturers were amazing, and they gave me the confidence to succeed, allowing me to study in university on my dream course. Although, I would advise you not to park in the college car park. My car was crashed into twice when parked. The first time was resolved quickly because a fellow student kindly admitted it was them, but the second time was not. Luckily, I had a dash cam to prove that it was a staff member at the college, but they tried denying that it was them. I was not given any help in identifying the staff member either. Quite disappointing from a college lecturer. But other than that, the college is great.”

“I’ve had assistance from a few members of staff and all in all so lovely. But a HUGE shout to Tina! She had helped me completely 180 flip my pond that was in a horrific state after purchasing a home with a pond. Helped me with filters and helped me understand how to care for the pond as a beginner. We saw a fish that had been missed by previous home owners so I came and got it some friends, found another fish in the pond. Then got another load shortly after (having 11 total) but sadly many of them passed and we couldn’t figure out why until I noticed the ‘filter’ in the pond was just a pump so the poor fish where swimming in their own filth being pumped around. One fish passed within 24 hours of buying it so I came back and they were so kind and replaced it for me. My fishies are now thriving and I love coming to the store and speaking with them all. Always get asked how it’s doing which is so lovely. Attached are a before and a couple of after! HUGE difference. Still algae which is fine but a whole lot better and I’m thrilled! All thanks to Tina’s knowledge and patience with me”

On the off chance I work in neath and popped it in there the guy can’t remember his name although I wish I could just fixed it right in front of my eyes in 2 mins and said I was a game customer so he’s happy to help didn’t charge me nothing but il be taking my business there from now on and recommending all my friends to. On a plus note tho all of the staff seemed happy to help and give it a go but this guy was just on top of his game , whatever is going on in this shop they are doing brilliantly .”

We were helped by Craig who was really friendly and cheerful, advised us on what timber to use, helped us work out the measurements and then cut all the pieces to size for us - by hand! He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you Craig! We then needed to get some screws etc. from inside their shop and another member of the team led us to where we could find the items we needed and gave us advice, and again he was really helpful and approachable. The price for the items we bought was also very reasonable, much better than I'm used to paying in the big DIY shops. I highly recommend this store. I've got used to being let down by customer service and product quality so this experience really stood out as a complete exception! Thank you :)”
