From start to finish, Geraint was absolutely incredible—not only with my dog but also with me. I was quite nervous about such a big procedure, but the level of care and support we received was truly second to none. He did a fantastic job. The entire team, from the veterinary nurses to the reception staff, was equally amazing—so kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process, especially during the aftercare. Any time I had a question or concern, my calls were met with warmth, compassion, and expert advice. I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough and am beyond grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of my dog and for making a nerve-wracking process so much easier!”
