“A wonderful family run Italian restaurant. We had the 2 course set lunchtime menu for £17.50. A wonderful choice of dishes and all expertly prepared. They have a good selection of GF options. Great service and we had a table by the window overlooking the marina. We will definitely return to this gem again.”

“Popped into The Swigg and had the breakfast brunch toast—and I swear, it might be the best thing I’ve eaten this month. Absolute 10/10. The flavors were spot on, perfectly put together, and you could tell it was made with actual care. Massive shoutout to Chef Greg—whatever magic he’s working back there, it’s working. The service was just as solid. Friendly, relaxed, and actually made the whole experience better without being over the top. If you haven’t been yet, fix that. Go for the food, stay for the vibe. And seriously, get the avocado toast.”

“My partner and I popped in for a impromptu Friday night dinner date and all I can say is that it was fantastic. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely mackenzie who was very attentive towards us and knew her role very well. Upon mentioning our allergies she promptly spoke to the kitchen and alternatives were made to accommodate us. I was very happy with the level of service that all the staff showed. Our second server Rees was also very attentive and quick with his service. We never wanted for anything and were always kept in good spirits. The food was perfect and I can't mark it down for anything. It's very rare that I give something top marks but it's well deserved. I will hope to be back soon with friends to enjoy an evening of good food and company.”

“Really great service and friendly staff with lovely food. I'm a very picky eater and asked for several alterations with my food order, no bun with the burger for example. There was absolutely no problem with the substitutions I requested and the food was really delicious. The portions were great too and sadly I didn't have enough room for dessert. Highly recommended, I shall definitely return.”

“Came here with my daughter for my 60th birthday celebrations,all staff took the time to say happy birthday to me and decorated a margarita for me and also gave me a free drink for my birthday the service was great and the cocktails were lovely”

“We called and booked lady on phone said only had seating in the bar which was ok . When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who made us fell welcome and showed us to our table. The menu is mixed with a good choice. Everything was really tasty good value and cooked to perfection. They even offered potatoes and veg with no butter as Jane is always on a diet. Great place definitely book thankyou we cannot wait to go back.”

“I came in with a group of friends who visit regularly for the live music. I had an absolutely fantastic evening stayed for both bands that played that night! Been back several times since, my new favourite spot in Swansea.!”

“Super place to stop for a meal during your costal walk. The staff was quick and helpful. We had gammon, which was delicious and tiger prawns with salad and chips. The salad was a bit too vinegary for my taste but maybe it’s just me. We tried a selection of beers and they were exactly how we expect British beers to be: warm, as if diluted, no gas ;) It’s not meant as criticism by any means, this is what beer is like in this country;) The atmosphere was friendly. Dogs were many and warm welcomed.”

“Came here for my birthday meal, lovely food as always .. didn't take a picture of the cheesey garlic bread but yummy would definitely recommended as well as everything else. The soup needed a touch more salt but it's just preference. Good quick service. Lovely atmosphere.”

“Everytime I go to the Joiner’s Arms, the food is always lovely and made with perfection. The staff are very polite and approachable. I am always greeted with a smile and the atmosphere is very warming. I would 100% recommend coming here for food and drinks on every occasion!”
