Tom is highly personable, polite, super helpful in explaining the problem and what he did to resolve it. He was tidy and super respectful of our home. Unfortunately and in no part due to Tom, the shower leak wasn’t completely resolved after the sealant ( the kitchen tap is perfect!) so we phoned you and spoke to the lovely Kelly who organised it so that Tom returned at no extra cost and fixed it. If I were Tom’s employer I’d be dancing for joy for such a fab representative of your company, and hats off to you for coming back out and fixing the smaller shower leak.
